I was made to feel very welcome in the store and the assistant understood my needs very quickly. I was impressed with the sleepmatch magic bed which can assess the best mattress for your body shape. The assistant helped me try a range of mattresses until I found my favourite. Very easy and no pressure.

Dreams was a dream! I was apprehensive as it is a big purchase. I went to the store on an off chance but needed a new bed. I had done a lot of research prior to going to the store. The store manager took me through all my options, for what I was looking for and in my price range. I did order that day and bed and mattress was delivered within 6 weeks and installed. I’m now 2 weeks in from sleeping in my new bed & mattress. It is a dream and very happy with my purchase and a big thank you to Harry for helping with making my choice.

Delivery was fantastic on the correct day and on time. Mattress taking time to get used to but I expected this.
The only improvement I think could be made is I went back to Staines to add mattress disposal and pay but due to this the shop cannot do it without loosing your delivery day slot which was crazy
Please be aware of this if you think of doing any changes to your order

Excellent service from beginning to end, in store, information regarding delivery & delivery & assembly. Thoroughly satisfied with product.

Delivery came on time Christmas Eve, along with updates and a call just before team were due to arrive so I was ready for them. The Team were clean, tidy, polite and considerate. Both wore shoe covers so as not to mess my carpet up. Took no more then 30mins to assemble, which I know would have taken us for more time, so worth paying the extra for assembly. To have a bed that no longer creaks and cracks is amazing. Best sleep was had on christmas Eve!

They delivered, took the old mattress away and were quick, efficient, polite and professional. The sales lady in store was very accommodating, helpful and professional.

Excellent and polite service from store manager, Harry from the polite and warm welcome. We were given a range of choices after using the sleep match system and felt well looked after by a professional and courteous Dreams manager. Would highly recommend.

Was take aback when the sales man asked me to lie on a bed and it works out what matresse is recommended for you,

Lovely headboard easy to fit. Delivery was when they said. The headboard looks lovely. From ordering to delivery everyone was first class
