Great staff made for a great experience
Staff in store were extremely helpful and knew their products well, double checked whether products were vegan for my partner.
Delivery staff again were communicative, polite and made sure to wear shoe covers once inside with the bed and mattress.

Excellent products and customer service
From the time of putting the order in to getting the bed delivered and put together, I could not fault Dreams for their customer service. The service instore was incredibly helpful with lots of different options offered to get the best deal for me. And the delivery was exactly on the day and time that I was told it would be. The delivery blokes were efficient and very tidy at putting the bed up. And the bed and side tables look really great. Good quality and style.

I visited my local Dream branch in search of a mattress. It felt a little daunting until Michele an assistant came up and offered me help and advice. I received 5 star treatment and came away satisfied that I was very happy with my choice of mattress. The whole team there were very friendly.
