The Stirling store is great.
I recently visited the Stirling store to try out a mattress I saw online. As soon as I walked in, I was approached by Michelle who was really friendly. She immediately put me at ease and helped me try out the mattress I was interested. She encouraged me to properly try it out and provided me with a pillow. It can be so awkward trying out mattresses in public but so important so I was grateful that Michelle helped to put me at ease. I ended up purchasing the one I was interested and Michelle processed the sale speedily and professionally, answering all my questions. I'm now looking forward to my mattress arriving.

Very Friendly Service!
We were greeted when we entered the store by the lovely Michele. They gave us time to have a little look around first and they were there when we needed assistance. We used the sleep machine to identify the most suitable mattresses. We then got taken around the store to try out the different brands/configurations. When it came to ordering, we received a drink and friendly chitchat. Couldn’t have asked for a better service. Very happy.

Jordan was excellent in the Stirling Springkerse store. He was highly knowledgeable, friendly, and listened to any concerns. Also, offered the sleep match technology, and recommended a number of mattresses based off the findings. The price was excellent too. Highly recommended 👌

Efficient, knowledgeable and caring. They showed us a full range of applicable products at multiple price ranges and there was no hard-sell, they gave us plenty of space to make the decision ourselves, answering any questions we had on the way. We therefore feel very happy with the bed we've ended up with.

staff friendly & knowledgable but not pushy
Member of staff assisted us with our purchase which was for an elderly relative. They were knowledgeable but not pushy. Great option to have old bed recycled as I was going to have to pay for it being taken to land fill. Delivery dates were quick too. Great alround experience at this store.
