From all the helped we did purchase a mattress that was recommended by the sleep machine and the staff made sure we tried and had a good choice to choose from

Bought a mattress and pillows from our local Dreams store. I was met by a lovely lady, who went through a few choices based on my budget and style preferences. The mattress was booked to be delivered and was delivered exactly on time as promised by two nice guys who asked where to drop off the mattress. Excellent service.

My partner and I just bought ourselves a bed from dreams and we were extremely happy with our experience. Ricky was very helpful from the moment we stepped in the door. I also found the sleepmatch amazing and really helpful!

Visited the llansamlet store with my elderly neighbour who wanted to buy a new bed. We were greeted by Yvonne who showed us the many options. We purchased a double divan bed and mattress and were very impressed with the service. Yvonne rang back the same day with a very acceptable delivery date. My neighbour is delighted with her purchase.

A very helpful and successful visit to dreams in Swansea, and a purchase made easy with their recommendations. I would certainly recommend friends to try the sleep pod, it was 3 minutes well spent, and we ended up buying one of the suggestions.

Superb service and all very friendly throughout. The mattress I chose using Dream Match is the most comfortable one I've ever had. Just brilliant.
