Dreams what a delight to visit your Swindon store. The staff were cheerful, attentive and informative. Very focused on giving good customer service to everyone. The rapport between customers and staff meant we had a really enjoyable time choosing a bed for my Mum with Rob. So rare to enter a shop where it really felt like the staff were enjoying serving their customers. 10/10 Dreams

Great Store and Staff
Staff were attentive but not pushy. They knew all of the products in range and were able to find everything we needed in varying price ranges to allow us to make an informed decision. Coffee and a lie down (on a few mattresses) - what's better?

Great buying experience throughout
Excellent staff instore and during the delivery. Great product (sofabed) which I was able to 'test out' instore before buying. I had a very reasonable price thanks to an ongoing sale, and I was prewarned there would be some assembly. This proved fine for me to do by myself especially as the delivery was to the downstairs room of choice, and I was very impressed by the sustainable but sturdy packaging.

Order a bed and mattress from your swindon branch, very good service, delivery as per order, Callum and knight where very professional.
Delivery the bed to bedroom and assembled the frame so easy,they were both very polite and very tidy and removed all rubbish as promised, before leaving took the time to explain about turning the mattress ect
