Excellent from start to finish and the bed is great!

Can’t thank these guys enough. After getting let down on the day of delivery by Bensons For Beds for an order I placed 10 weeks ago, I was left with my mattress on the floor in my new house. I popped into my local dreams, and whilst my cards were dealt and I needed a bed asap (meaning a display model was what I got) the guys in here, one of them being the store manager, were so impressive in contrast in sorting my issue out. Within a week I had the bed delivered and installed, just like they promised, and they went above and beyond to provide a clear and confident service. Thanks a lot 👏

Great experience in store, helpful guy helped me choose the correct bed and mattress. Delivered on time nice helpful guys. Perfect. And the cat found it’s way into the new bed under the covers so it’s a hit.

Delivery as planned on time. no fuss about bringing in new mattress and removing the old one.
So nice to have a new comfortable mattress to sleep on.

This mattress is amazing, it's so comfortable, yes very expensive but worth it.

There was a very good range of beds, the store was clean, the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and the experience was positive and relaxing. Nothing was too much trouble and they spent 2 hours helping me.

The customer service I received in the Trowbridge store was second to non, the store manager helped me find a mattress which has arrived & perfect, also I would like to thank Michael & the delivery team who also were very helpful, would definitely recommend this branch

The two men who delivered my new bed were very efficient and pleasant. The removal of the original bed to the spare room was equally efficiently accomplished.

Me and my wife were in need of a new mattress but we both had different requirements for what we needed. Lindsay from Trowbridge to the rescue ! Lindsay spent a good 2 hours with us, taking us through all of our compatible options and even entertained our 1 year old while we 'tested' out each mattress ! Cannot recommend Lindsay enough, very knowledgeable and managed to source exactly what we needed for the budget 😀 Huge credit to the trowbridge team for helping us out. Roll on delivery 😉

Knowledgeable friendly advice in store. Good communication. 2 hour delivery slot. Arrived during the slot. Again a friendly team with good communication. Can’t fault the whole process from choosing and buying to delivery. Would definitely recommend. Happy with our mattress too!!

A great service from the staff, letting me know when the bed I wanted was on offer. The bed is excellent for the price. The delivery was spot on too as were the men that put it together.! Overall 10/10. Would definitely use again to purchase futures beds.

The store were helpful and knowledgeable when we were considering a mattress. Delivery was told to us at time of purchase and the mattress arrived as advised. The delivery men provided assistance as I had
a problem with a dislocated shoulder and the old mattress was taken by the delivery team in the plastic covering supplied by Dreams. Thanks to all concerned.
