1. The appointment was after quite a few days and was also cancelled once!
2. Two people turned up to give a quote and they were rushing to get out.
3. Even for a dripping thermostatic shower that was just 5 yr old, they said (in 5 seconds) that it will need to be replaced - when such drips are generally fixed by a cartridge change.
4. Re aqualisa electric shower - the quote that I got directly from aqualisa to supply & install a brand new shower was £150 cheaper than Dyno’s. Plus, aqualisa also gave the option to supply or install the part that was required to repair it!

The wait time for the appointment was surely a waste just because of the attitude of the plumbers who turned up - or it may be their company policy to just replace everything and not repair!

The replacement shower was installed efficiently and my bathroom left clean and tidy!

The booking system and punctuality are awful, hence the 4 stars. The plumbers are great people!

Taken 2 days off to fix shower tray.

Quite easy to contact: very efficient and helpful.
I had an emergency water problem: they come quite straight.

Brilliant service and really helpful from start to finish

Dyno came round to assess my issues, and promised a quote. Very impressed with their plumber, but still waiting for a quote 2 weeks later. Have tried to phone and chase, but have had no response.

Apart from the initial visit, it is difficult to envisage worse customer service.

Update. Dyno did recover this situation, and get a quote to me. Seems a genuine glitch on their part, albeit they only responded to this review - not the (many) messages I left. Given their (eventual) recovery effort - I will lift this review to two stars,

Toilet still blocked. The guy did not open the drain. He said he couldn’t do it that I should do it myself, and I can’t do it. I will have to book a call out again once I can get someone to unscrew the drain.
He was also abrupt when speaking to me. Didn’t feel comfortable. I hope they send someone else and not him.

Excellent service - Paddy & co Harlow Water Supply Team. Pre arrival call 👍🏻, friendly, helpful guys who did a great job, kept me informed throughout the day of their progress. They were very respectful of my property and left everything as they had found it. Very clean and tidy, I’d have no hesitation in recommending them. Both a credit to Dyno.

Thanks to Ketan Tailor’s efforts, the shower is now watertight and the carpet is drying out. Would definitely use again.

Installed a new sink. Despite having some issues as the new sink was fractionally smaller than the original, it was installed perfectly with much tidier pipe work below. Very pleased. Will definitely use again. Thank you.

What a difference from last week - really great service.
I needed to call Dyno back to put right the work of the plumber from previous week. The plumber was tidy and diligent and I was really pleased and impressed with the customer service and final result, thank you.

Excellent. Work done to a high standard. The engineer called Ketan Tailor, carried out the required work with great efficiency; a very experienced person. I am so impressed by him that I request the company to circulate this message to other members of the staff. In my view, he has certainly contributed in enhancing the name of the company.
On the admin side, I have been impressed by a member of staff called Ellie, who is very efficient in what she does.

The quote was extortionate, based on minimum £100 labour cost. Work was to replace sink plug. Others quoted between £60-70 incl parts. Crazy how they are still in business....

We had to install a new shower and hired external plumber (big mistake) they did an awful job and left the shower only working with cold water and then just left. We had Dyno come out to sort it out and they were fantastic! Our engineer was called Scott and he was so kind and fixed our problem as well as helping with another little problem we had. Could not recommend him enough! We will always go with Dyno in the future! Thank you so much for being such a reliable company!

Engineers were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Fixed the issues and cleaned up after too

Excellent service from the office staff and the engineer (Josh). First visit assessed the source of the problem and recommended the solution. Second visit fitted the replacement item efficiently and in a timely manner.
Only criticism is the initial 10 hour appointment window without any tracking facility. The second appointment was offered at a time that would suite the customer.
Very happy and would not hesitate to use again in the future.
