Both engineers visited the property did not do what they ordered to do
First did not tell the truth and twisted the story and second engineer left the site without notifying us even though we specifically asked him to call us
Also he’s just repaired instead of replacing two stopcocks originally quoted £300 to replace two stopcocks and your staff increased it to £340

We had the absolute pleasure of Klaidi solving our bathroom toilet to frontroom ceiling leak issue. He arrived to pots on the floor water dripping from the ceiling and a frantic woman (me) rambling on about having showers, flushing the toilet and then a bubble appearing in the ceiling. He was 100% professional, the house is tiny and the family were walking back and forth getting in the way yet this was never an issue. Partner and myself then bombarded him with a range of questions that he answered without breaking a sweat. Most importantly Klaidi explained the different options as the work progressed. His communication was excellent, he was particularly clear about how access could be gained to investigate the leak and the parts of the ceiling / tiles that needed to be removed. He found the leak, stopped it and brought alot of joy to our day. Thank you for giving us our toilet back.

Merinado the plumber did an amazing job. He has Very good manners, he is very understanding and also funny. He seemed to enjoy what he was doing and he did it with so much care. Also advised me on how to avoid having this issues again so soon. I will call him back for any plumbing issue i will have.

I had dyno rod out couple weeks ago regarding an emergency and they came with in an hour and the engineer Merinado Cupaj was so amazing as he noticed the problem right away from the leaking toilet and fix it and he explained everything he was very polite.

Armandas J from Dyno-Rod is a truly outstanding plumber. Not just for his plumbing skills, but for the lengths that he and Dyno will go to to detect and repair a leak. I was very impressed, so much so that I had to write this. We live in a Victorian terrace home with a half cellar, the other half of the home sits on foundations with a barely 35-40cm height crawl space. We recently realised that a hot water pipe under the house was leaking a lot, going undetected for some time the leak had resulted in flooring above becoming raised as the beams had become soaked over an extended period. Luckily we had Brit Gas home services insurance and so immediately called for an engineer, Dyno sent an engineer within 2hrs. It was determined that although the water could be seen dripping, its origin could only be sourced by venturing under the house or removing engineered wood flooring above. Removing flooring would have been a nightmare, so hope was this would not be necessary. It was decided that an attempt to source the leak via the crawl space would be tried before ripping up floorboards. Dyno sent Armandas to assess the leak. You've seen the Shawshank redemption, Andy Dufresne crawling through a sewer pipe to reach freedom, you've seen the Great Escape with Danny the 'tunnel king' crawling and digging through dirt with little more than a spatula. Armandas J tops them both!. A tall slim young man, Armandas donned his hazmat style gear and ventured into the bowels of the house. Entering the narrow area barely 40cm height, crawling through decades old dust and dirt, building work detritus and even removing a dead rodent, he pushed on toward the source of the leak. Having located the leak, the signs were not good. The leak was from a joint nested between wooden beams, easy to access from above but extremely difficult from below. With his nifty tools, skill and almost inhuman dexterity Armandas somehow managed to free up enough space to repair and refit the pipe and joint. All this from a space barely enough to turn over, move arms or breath without an industrial level face mask. (I know, my son and I tried it). Leak repaired, Armandas retired to the comparable luxury of his van to drink from his bottle of water, with the sun shining on his face, I noticed a look of well deserved satisfaction from not only successfully completing a very difficult job and receiving gratitude from the customer, but more importantly, a feeling of pride in his work. 5 Stars.
