Do not trust this company, trying to fraud people out of their hard earned cash.....whatever their reply is below!!! They tired to charge me an additional £135, 3 weeks after I paid in full for the item, they took 5% trying to pull a "bespoke" card. Got PayPal to get them to give my money back after lots of of their passive aggressive emails. Read the reviews, know your rights and the law and use PayPal. Reported to trading standards.

Scammers Order #1627
Ordered a sideboard over 2 months ago, emailing back & forth as to when this would be delivered & full of empty promises. Then they actually took the money from my bank & 2 days later I received a text to say my order was cancelled, they never even had the item.Now I have to wait 5 days for funds to be transferred back to me.
Absolute scammers, beware & avoid.Now on the 8th Feb 2022, they want more information on my order due to my review. I've put the order number in the title as they have contacted Trustpilot basically not believing my review. I hope your reading this Angel as you were the one who I last had email correspondence with on the disappearing sideboard.

Late Delivery
I ordered the pergola on 26 June because the website promised 15 days delivery - I’ve been told that it will be delivered on 6 August (42 days!).

Be Careful !!!
They told me ( assured) me that the item was purchasing was is stock
But a computer glich got the numbers wrong so it wasn't.
Paid for the item which was not in stock for many more months
Had to raise a dispute with pay pal to get my money back
ELLANOIR LUXURY. Were very upset with this but did refund me.

I am still waiting for the item after 2…
I am still waiting for the item after 2 weeks. I still don't believe I'm going to even receive it. So so disappointed. I needed the item for a gathering (outdoor seating) however it's not going to arrive in time and I can't afford to re order anything else from anywhere else. Absolutely gutted.
I wasn't even notified of any issue I had to fill me out myself.
I appreciate your reply. However I must confirm my email does state 3 to 7 days delivery. It also stated I would get delivery confirmation within 48 hours. Neither was true.
I was then told it was in transit and would be delivered by 24th June after I had chased it up. Then I received another saying delayed and would be here by 7th July. Not sure if it's in transit how it can be so delayed. Just really disappointed it's taking so long.

AVOID!! Website quoted 7-10 days. 2 months later still nothing, had to chase daily but never got a delivery date just early next month that came and went. Thankfully paid on PAYPAL so they are pursing the refund.
Customer service are aggressive, Angel send multiple passive aggressive notes, with threats!
Avoid at all costs! They have even tried to remove this review in pretending I wasn't a customer....absolute liars!!! Avoid avoid avoid

Great customer service, but sold me something when they was out of stock
At first, I was very happy. Customer service was very hands on. Spoke to a real person. Recieved a discount on my order and kept me up to date with . Just a shame I never recieved my goods as out of stock and not getting anymore in. Hugely disappointed. I did reciebe my refund and it didn't take long. Just a shame like so many other sites they don't keep track of stock and sell you something that they don't have.

Ordered my custom console table a week ago and received my parcel yesterday. I am in love with the beauty, the finish and solid construction of this table that goes well with my interior.
