From initial contact through to receiving my new 2019 Bianchi Intenso i cannot fault Epic Cycles, I would absolutely recommend buying from them.
Constant information as to when it arrived from the factory, setup to dispatch and delivery, should the need arise to purchase another bike I will go to Epic!

Not a great experience. Didn’t purchase after finding them unprofessional and opinionated when you don’t agree with their views.
I’m sure the bikes they have in stock are great but I’d rather give another bike shop the custom.

From initial contact, to bike fit, to order, to delivery my experience at Epic was very positive. The whole team, from sales to workshop, are passionate about cycling, friendly, helpful and really know their stuff. Their prices are also extremely keen, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent customer service. From start to finish my queries were dealt with promptly and I was updated regularly throughout my oder process. Delivery was prompt and the quality of goods superb.

The guys sourced me a 63cm Bianchi from the factory when the rest of the UK was out of stock... Bike arrived perfectly packaged, greased, lubed and the wheels had been tensioned too. very very impressed. Next bike coming from these guys.

After deciding what make of bike I wanted, what I wanted it for and how much I wanted to spend, Epic were straight back to me with a frame and setup. They arranged a test ride and bike fit for me and advised in all aspects of the process.
Since getting my bike they have been so helpful sorting out little problems and offering advice and technical support. The workshop guys are second to none, friendly, professional and knowledgeable
I can't recommend them highly enough and will definitely go back to them if I get another bike

I spent a great deal of time on researching my new bike. I decided to purchase from Epic Cycles as they were very helpful with advice and quick to respond. I feel the advice and service I was given was exemplary and staff there are still helping me with choices. I got a personal bike fit which means this bike really fits me and I wholeheartedly recommend purchasing from Epic Cycles. They really care about their customers and their coffee is great!

I offer this review as a warning to potential customers of Epic Cycles. This is especially true if you are familiar with bikes or want something different from their ideas! In essence I consider that I was misled by the Epic Cycles.I was looking to buy a Bianchi Oltre 3. and explored several sellers. As these bikes arrive at dealers ready made up it was important to me to make changes to the specifications. The Epic web site offers much in the "why compromise " section. I confirmed this service by telephone conversations. When it came to the changes I problems started. They were quite simple ,a silver group set to replace the black. Celeste tape to replace the black and finally I did not need the basic wheels supplied . Eventually after receiving several patronizing emails about the changes I sort the reality emerged.. The group set taken off the bike was of little value to Epic Cycles and they could not sell the wheels. So without wheels, a silver group set of a similar price a change of handlebar tape. and £95 credited after the basic bike fit and no test ride was £199 more than the original bike! all very disappointing. All things considered this was not an epic experience more a very average experience.

My experience of buying a bike from Epic cycles was a good one. I called the company and they took the time to discuss options and advised on the specifications of the bike to meet my requirements. Once I placed the order they kept me updated on delivery times and everything went to plan. No problems at all. I would recommend the company based on my experience. Thanks

The team at Epic are just terrific. They were so helpful as I researched my bike purchase and resolved some later technical issues in a way that was beyond my expectations (a new frame -delivered super quickly, without fuss). Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they were so helpful, and so friendly. Very, very impressive.

These guys are the real deal. They love their bikes and know how to treat serious cyclists and those looking for a 'decent' bike. I will never buy a bike from anyone else. Simply amazing.

Great bike store. Had an issue with my gear shifters on a bike in warrantee but didn't buy the bike from them. They offered to send back to Shimano for replacement and fit at reduced rate. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Thoroughly recommend...

Apparently Epic Cycles changed management last year and has a new unconventional set up that is designed to give its customers total focus. And it totally works! Can't speak as to whether the new management and style is an improvement as I didn't visit them before the change. But I can say that Epic is without doubt the best bike shop I have ever used. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and able to offer truly expert advice. No pressure at all and took plenty of time to listen and understand what I wanted, and made sensible suggestions that actually saved me money as well as meeting my needs perfectly. So happy with my new bike, which has been customised and set up perfectly for me. It also came earlier than planned which was a nice bonus. It has exceeded my expectations in every way. I will be back for a mountain bike in the autumn. Excellent prices, friendly service and so nice to be treated with respect when I didn't have all the answers myself. A++++ recommendation from me.

Well, supporting your local bike shop, from another country pays off. Flexible, knowledgeable and efficient. Always providing good service and check the details which is a nice touch. Yet another quick turn around for an emergency. No hassle, no problems and quick delivery. Highly Recommended.

I have used Epic for my latest cycle purchase. I attended at Ludlow and got a full and detailed bike fit which I have used on my other cycles and has proved so useful. I was kept informed at all times as to the progress of my purchase which was coming from Orbea in Spain and when shipped the bike had been quality checked and prepare to my size and was easy to set up. Christian and Viv were knowledgable, friendly and professional and I have no hesitation in recommending their company and their service. Many thanks.

Great service: after a few calls and emails, I ordered my bicycle and got it delivered in 5 days. I ordered some spare parts afterwards and had them delivered on the following day!
