Do not waste your money on EUROPESURE
We have a EUROPESURE travel insurance policy.
In November, we traveled from our place of residence (Portugal to the US) and then traveled around the US. One flight segment was canceled and then rescheduled due to weather, forcing us to book a last minute hotel in Seattle at SEA. I worked with EUROPESURE to file a claim but they would not cover the hotel. I found them very difficult and extremely slow.

We have established however that your hotel cost would have been covered but it fell within the policy excess and this was the reason for the declinature. Most travel insurance policies carry an excess to keep premiums lower than they would be if all claims of any amount were paid although we do offer a premium increase option to reduce this excess on Europesure.
