The have provided consistency through out 150mb changed to 900mb speeds are always around 800 to 900 again this is over 3 years of being with them. I cant fault their customer service and consistency.... See more

Fast, professional, and truly customer-focused

The team have been extremely helpful

The team have been extremely helpful and quick when dealing with a recent issue (caused by myself not them). Thomas went above and beyond to get us back up and running. We've been with virgin and sky before and both had terrible speeds and connection drop outs and pretty poor customer service. Exascale has had reliable speeds and great customer service

Exascale provided excellent service.

Exascale provided excellent service with the planning and provision of a fibre into our restoration site recently. The company was easy to contact and their engineers were friendly and professional.

GDPR Breach

Initially had a great experience. They were the only company who were willing to install full fibre on our estate and this meant we all had access to good speeds for 2+ years however, as time went on the service began to deteriorate. We were approached by a new provider who offered too good a deal to pass up and as we were out of contract with exascale, we decided to switch. On sending our notice of cancellation to exascale we were ignored for weeks. 7 weeks after emailing to cancel, we received acknowledgment of cancellation and I assumed that would be it. We then received an email from the finance manager advising us that we had signed up to a new 24 month contract in Feb 24 and therefore we owed the full amount upfront before we could cancel. What the finance manager had actually done was forward on another customers email, containing personal information including address and full name, to ourselves to try and prove his point. He obviously hadn’t checked the info before sending it on as we did not sign up for any such contract. Massive GDPR breach and they have made what should have been a straightforward process incredibly stressful.

Couldn't have gone any smoother

Couldn't have gone any smoother. Recently moved into the area and heard good things so thought I would give them a try. Signed up and installed on the same day I couldn't believe it. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Extremely good service

Extremely good service. We use Exascale for wholesale. They provide updates as soon as they get them which allows us to update our clients.

Best move yet.

We have been using them since February with no issues.

Great experience with Exascale

Great experience with Exascale. We work with them to provide our business customers with broadband. Fantastic service, highly recommended. I also use them for my personal internet in my house and that also works great with very decent speeds.

Was with EE prices kept going up plus no customer service
Exascale are a local company with great service and always contactable plus the speed of my broadband has doubled for less money Tom and his team are

Yet again Exascale has surpassed themselves

Yet again Exascale has surpassed themselves. I sent an email (Sunday) saying my service was down with in an hour i was asked to send pictures of the lights on the box. After doing this it was about 30 mins and i had a phone call . Mark introduced his self and told me he was about to leave Telford to come and check it out. Once here he done his checks and gave me the good and bad news .Bad news he couldn't do anything there and then. Good news he will be back Monday and they will stay till its done . he came this morning found the fault at a near by box and fixed it. total of 5hrs work.
The day i moved to Exascale was the best day i ever had , Truly a professional company with customer care being the forefront of their business ethics . stick your virgin broadband , and your sky and BT too .

Great service and speed (install and broadband)

Tom (initially sorting out the install) and Mark (carrying out the install) we’re beyond professional. Amazing service, clean install and speeds much higher and more reliable than BT (our previous provider) in every way. Wish I’d switched sooner.
