Exascale honest review
Previously in a contract with one of the major broad band providers. I experienced bad customer service but more importantly poor speeds and bad connections .
Thus decided to try a smaller company knowing they can provide a faster connection (double the speed) for cheaper than I was previously paying. Especially after I got told I was on the fastest connection that could be provided in the area that why the price was inflated by my previous provider.….. Clearly that was a lie.
After speaking to the Exascale team, I decided to join. The main three reason I decided to try Exascale (over the likes of Virgin, BT, etc):
1. Honest and easy to contact customer services.
2. Very cost effective.
3. Overall internet speed.
The nerd part:
Since being with Exascale I have ran multiple test on the connection both wireless (the proved mesh router) and wired (cat 8) connection . Overall the stats has been stable , thus please see below my average find

Excellent Service
Exascale have recently installed fibre to the rural village where I live. Met with Tom to discuss the challenges of installing at a Grade 1 listed property and was assured they could install and fully meet English Heritage requirements. Installation was completed 8 days after my order was raised. The engineers were excellent, did a superb job and kept me fully informed at all stages of the installation. The increase in speed is substantial.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent service from an excellent local company
Second to none and fast as ****
Our BT broadband was sluggish meaning we were always waiting for the computer to keep up. Our VOIP telephone kept dropping out and we couldn't stream anything and use the phone.
Exascale installed our new full fibre connection just 3 days after contacting them and the installation was clean and smooth.
We now have very fast internet and can run as many devices as we like at the same time. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

Exascale is the best
We used to have terrible connectivity & speed issues which our previous ISP never managed to resolve. We were introduced to Exascale via a partner and decided to get the 1GB fibre line with copper backup line. Tom was very quick to organise everything for us. We had some delays on the BT and Vodafone side but even then, Tom was in constant communication with them and kept me personally in the loop about developments. Since we went live with Exascale a month ago in HQ, I have only had positive feedback from our users regarding the speed and stability of the service. We are now in the process of installing the service at our remote site as well. It is always delightful to deal with someone who goes the extra mile and make you feel like a valued customer. Top marks to Exascale for the excellent service and to Tom for his friendly and personalised communication style.
