Recently upgraded to the new Nokia wifi 6 with the fiber 500.. the coverage is brilliant, reaching all the way to my decking at the bottom of the garden.
Having wifi that has never dropped in two years is brilliant..

Exascale have been fantastic
Exascale have been fantastic. From initial contact, through the highly efficient ordering process, to the neat installation from the extremely friendly and helpful engineers. I had a little niggle after first set up, but had a resolution through that same evening (quick power cycle, when in doubt turn it off and on again!).
We were on Virgin before and regularly had downtime and problems with the wifi. But the quality of service from Exascale is impeccable. No downtime yet 5 months in, and the wifi signal is much stronger through the house.
The price for the speed is also much better than we were paying Virgin, plus we get the same speed uploading as we do downloading, where as Virgin’s upload speed was only 20% of the maximum download speed.
Would highly recommend Exascale to anyone!

The two blokes who installed the fibre…
The two blokes who installed the fibre were very friendly and courteous. However the actual installation wasn't as tidy as it could of been. Whilst drilling outside, the brick itself from outside crumbled. Rather than put on some kind of cement to cover it up they put on a brownish/redish silicone which doesn't match to the brick colour. Furthermore whilst inside and deciding where to drill out from, he left a drill mark dent on the interior wall then choose another spot to drill out from. This will require a little plaster and paint which I don't have. The fibre itself has stayed stable and quick.

I have to say that the service I have received from Exascale has been excellent. I look forward to a long relationship with them. The pricing was good and the service was second to none.

Tom at Exascale has been awesome in helping me get my business the leased line it required. He provided the best quote and best customer service. It has been a long process, it always is when civils and the incumbents are involved. But every step of the way Tom has been quick to update me and push for updates on roadworks and provisioning of the leased line. Now it is up and working I have tested 948Mbps download and 948Mbps upload with 6ms latency. I'm a very happy customer and would highly recommend and use Exascale again.

From our first enquiry, to the 'exceptionally' efficient and flexible installation, the communication and broadband/wireless mesh performance we couldn't have asked for more. If you have experienced the usual BT/Sky/Talk Talk speed excuses and drop outs, Virgin Media long winded customer service and very poor upload speeds then you really need to experience Exascale....blistering speeds - upload and download, 100% uptime and no fuss service! Thank you!!
