Fabulous sales person, delivery took a little longer than told, but it was worth the wait.
Delivery drivers were great, they also built the furniture although we had to pay for that, again worth it, they removed all packaging & left everything clean & tidy.

From start to finish Eyres were efficient, helpful and informative when we purchased our sofas. The sales staff spent time to ensure that we found exactly what we required, clearly answering all our questions. On delivery day the two men couldn’t have taken more care, removing our old sofas and bringing in the new. They were polite, efficient and ensured everything was to our satisfaction before they left. Thankyou, we would not hesitate to recommend your store.

The team made our shopping experience so easy, spending lots of time and effort on guiding us through the process of choosing fabrics and cushions for our sofas. It truly was a bespoke service and I came away feeling that we had made a choice that would enhance our home. It was an exceptional shopping experience from start to finish.

The staff were all friendly and efficient, and Eyres of Worksop had by far the best choice of furniture locally. We are very pleased with our new furniture, and will definitely go to Eyres again.

We purchased a sofa bed - fabulous quality and delighted with the service. A huge Thank You to Ian and Nick - first-class delivery and assembly. Ian and Nick went above and beyond to ensure our sofa bed was placed where we envisaged (the problem was down to me - I hadn't physically measured the access - next time, without a doubt, I will use Eyre's measuring service!)

Only came on here to Trustpilot as we bought a beautiful wall unit from Eyres (and sofa 5 years ago) around 30 years ago and due to a plumbers leak today it’s ruined.
My wife loved it, such great quality, anyway nothing like it these days as we would have bought a ‘same’ replacement from Eyres at the drop of a hat as such nice people, so helpful both in store and their delivery drivers.
The guys today looked for a good time for something similar for us, they didn’t have to, they just do as it’s real old school customer service.
PS I just read the only 1 star review put on here and must comment that both my wife and I saw the new upgraded store only last night when going to the cinema and both commented that it looked absolutely amazing having been treated to a real dose of excellent quality building works, couldn’t have put it any better than the company reply to the 1star review.
I think the old adage ‘You get what you pay for’ is more true these days than ever before!

I love to buy and support local business and Eyres in Worksop is the family run store that I always go to when I need inspiration and new furniture.

My latest purchase was for a new bed and a wardrobe and from start to finish there was no pressure to buy and the service we received was professional with excellent customer service from start to finish.

I was kept well informed of the expected delivery date and on the day of delivery given the approximate time of delivery. Great service provided by the delivery drivers too.

Just had a great delivery from Eyres. Very professional with a sofa that looked very difficult to get through multiple doors. But a quick solution was found and they were finished in double quick time. Ian and Nick were the guys who did a great job.

We bought a dining table, chairs and sideboard from Eyres, ready for moving in to our new home. They very kindly placed them in temperature controlled storage until we were ready to take delivery.

We did have a little issue with a rotating table, but they immediately sent someone out to remedy the problem (just needed a mechanism tweak).

The experience was second to none - good old-fashioned customer service. And the furniture we bought is still lovely and going strong!

Excellent service from start to finish, no pressure selling, I was kept informed regarding delivery date, I requested a date & time that they honoured, No need to go to the big outlets when you have an excellent furniture store on the doorstep. Highly recommend

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my furniture been shopping with them for over 40 years and I would recommend them to everyone. They are a good family company and have always been most helpful and polite. They allow people to browse around the store without following and bothering you and they are there to help and advise when you are ready. They do not push you into buying anything. I would highly recommend this company, they are a great asset to Worksop and it is great to see what a fabulous job they have done on their recent outside renovation. Just carry on doing what you have always done.

Old fashioned company care & attention.Excellent delivery service, "no to the front door" or extra charge nonsense. All packaging removed. Quality furniture at keen prices. Any queries receive immediate attention. Furnished my whole home here & 2 previous homes. 4 generations of my family shopped with Eyres, no more to be said.......

My buying experience at Mansfield Eyres was excellent from start to finish. Both the gentleman and the lady who served me were really helpful. I bought a settee the same settee I bought 17 years ago but in a different fabric. It was made by Parker Knoll. The delivery men were excellent too. I don't think I could have had a better experience anywhere else.

This family run firm is a great asset to our small over=challenged town, and after such a really stylishly attractive refurbishment on the exterior, is uplifting to view. The owner and his team are really so helpful and obliging too.

Eyres is an Excellent family business and has been a part of worksop's high street for many years.
Over the past couple of years we have purchased wardrobes, sofas, and beds from them. All satisfactory and high quality.
We are very grateful to Richard who has helped and advised us along the way.
