We chose to go the Eyres in Worksop for a new sofa and armchair, having bought from them previously. We tried a few in the shop but could not decide which one we wanted, so returned a week later and sought the assistance of Karl, who had been so helpful previously. We eventually purchased a GPlan sofa and chair. Karl was so helpful and we never felt under pressure to buy. The items were delivered this week by two of the nicest delivery guys. Service all round was impeccable. We will be back soon for new Dinning furniture.

Absolutely amazing service from Eyres of Worksop. We were let down by another company (having been sent a poor quality Joules sofa and snuggle chair twice, which had been on order since August), we thought there is no way we will get a sofa before Christmas now. Anyway, Eyres to the rescue, ordered Friday and delivered Saturday morning, what a result. The quality of the furniture and the outstanding customer service exceeded our expectations. Can highly recommend them. No sales pressure, just a genuine caring attitude by all staff we spoke to. Thank you Eyres. Will definitely shop with you again.

Went in to order some dining furniture etc. wanted some information of measurements of a tv corner unit there were no measurements in the brochures but the lady who was serving us went the extra mile and got the exact measurements from the manufacturer.ordered what we wanted and was delivered perfect. I bought a Parker Knoll 3 seater sofa and had it delivered today. The delivery team were excellent all blankets were laid down and my door covered too. It was a tricky doorway for them but the sofa was delivered fantastically.

We visited the store on 2 August and saw Karl, who was extremely helpful. We wanted to buy a reclining chair. He listened to what we were looking for and then helped us to choose what was most appropriate for my needs. We placed the order that day and was advised it could take 10 to 12 weeks before delivery. We were pleasantly surprised when Karl notified us the chair had arrived several weeks early. Delivery was quickly arranged and speedily executed. I am delighted with the chair which is very comfortable and exactly what I wanted.

Very pleased with our new sofas from Eyres. I visited the store several times as I'm hugely indecisive, but there was never any pressure. We were quoted 8-10 weeks but they arrived in 6 and I'm really happy with the quality. Very efficient and friendly service both in store and from the delivery drivers.
