After purchasing a sofa we were interested in a reclining chair and stool. We were well served by Karl and impressed with the choice, the lead time from Italy was explained and we were not surprised. Overall a very professional and courteous service from all the staff and we were very satisfied with all of our purchases.

After a 5 month search for a sofa and numerous visits to your store& with help from all sales persons listening to what we were looking for we now have the perfect sofa. From ordering to delivery was just 5 weeks Excellent service from start to finish, including delivery guys.

Great sales staff. They were not in my face from the outset. After a nice uninterrupted browsing experience they were ready to help and answer all questions in a relaxing way. The purchase process was smooth then when my order was ready and had arrived from Italy, delivery was arranged promptly at a weekend which really helped me. Delivery itself was smooth and highly professional. The G-Plan reclining sofa and the Fleilux electric reclining spinning chair are the most stylish, comfortable and supportive items that i have ever sat on. From placing the order for a double bed, headboard and two bedside cabinets, the service provided could not be faulted. Even when I had to delay delivery, Eyre's were most accommodating. Highly recommended.
