Ordered a sofa & was advised that delivery would be approximately 12 weeks. After only 4 weeks I got a call to say it was ready. I explained that I wasn't ready, or I should say that my lounge wasn't ready. They advised it wasn't a problem &:they would keep it until my lounge was ready. Once it was, I called to arrange delivery. I was advised that this would take place between 1 & 4pm. The delivery guys arrived at exactly 1pm. All staff are helpful, polite, professional, friendly & provide a personable shopping experience which is most appreciated & welcome. I would definitely recommend Eyers. Thank you to you all.

We have bought various items from Eyres over the past 25 years and have always found the choice and service second to none - friendly helpful and knowledgeable. It is always a pleasure to look round the store, which is like a tardis, and especially not to feel at all pressurised by the sales staff.

We have used Eyres in Worksop before and already had a positive experience with them.
From the moment you walk through the door there is a welcoming friendly atmosphere, no hard sell just practical, informed and knowledgeable information.
All the staff are genuinely interested in fulfilling your needs regarding location and use of your furniture.

First time visit to Eyres of Mansfield why havnt we been here before?!! Fab customer service, great sofa and 2 chairs. The delivery men were brilliant. Would reccomend 100% and will definitely use again.

Eyre's of Worksop offers a massive range of furniture, its a pleasure to look around this shop. At sale times, there are some real bargains offered.
I went for a headboard and new bedframe, and found no pressure, just helpful advice and ordered these two items, from Karl, who is a trusted and experienced salesman and the delivery and assembly team were also helpful and good too. As an attractively renovated, family run business, it offers sound and reliable service, that many are very pleased to have in our town.

Excellent service from start to finish from trying to locate requirements and delivery

We bought a Parker Knoll settee suite from the Mansfield store. The service was really good as was the quality of furniture on sale. The delivery service was excellent, nothing too much trouble and the suite arrived before the estimated delivery date.

Eyres in Workshop is our go to shop. The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly, you never feel rushed, and you always feel like you've walked away with the most suitable product.
They deliver on time and keep you in touch with the progress.
Carl, couldn't the salesman really took his time to make sure we had the right products without at all being pushy
The delivery was on time and the men took great care, setting up the settee and talking us through the working
They were polite, cheerful,well dressed and a credit to Eyers.

From walking in the Worksop store to taking delivery of our new suite, we received top class service. Without exception every member of staff was outstanding. We were greeted with knowledgeable and helpful suggestions, left to explore the store unhindered, and left us confident that we were in good hands and any help we needed would be provided, and it was.
Knowledge of all store staff is excellent, options are extensive with properly explained. Delivery and the team were of the same high standard and treated us and our home respectfully.
It's impossible that we could have come within a country mile of the fantastic range at Eyres Worksop but the icing on the cake is their staff, we are very satisfied.

We visited eyres after we ordered from scs and had to ask for a refund because the sofa and chair were so poorly made.
What a breath of fresh air it was dealing with eyres who even loaned us a sofa until the new one was delivered.
We ordered a sofa and a separate leather recliner and cannot be more pleased with the products and the service we received from the sales guys to the delivery guys.
I cant recommend eyres enough..quality furniture and quality staff..we will be back at so.e point and recommend to all our friends.

We had purchased a recliner armchair for my husband last year, and returned to Eyres of Mansfield to buy a matching one for myself. Paula made the experience so easy for us. She found last years order, and made sure that the chairs would match. All I had to do was sit in a couple of showroom chairs to decide on the best size chair for me. Today we received a perfectly matched chair.
