Another great experience with Eyres. Began with an excellent experience in the showroom. The company held our ottoman bed until we'd completed our decorating and organising the delivery was very straight forward once we were ready. The bed was delivered and built by two very polite and clean members of staff who took great care in our home, and also removed all of the packaging etc! Will certainly be using this company again.

We have bought some furniture the other month and was very impressed with the service and quality of the stuff we had the staff was very good and knowledgeable about what we bought and we glad we chose a local company 100 percent would recommend

Due to poor mobility have rung for new king size bed previously. What great team at Eyres. Took time to explain all details of purchase we’d seen online.
Gave us time to discuss and said “ring back with any questions”.
After this great service we ordered chest of drawers.

After visiting the website I decided to visit to shop for a riser -recliner suitable for my old back injury. I explained to Carl what the problems\needs were and he took me to one of many chairs which fitted me perfectly. On delivery day the very friendly guys treated us, the property and the chair respectfully and left us well satisfied. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Wouldn’t buy from anywhere else! The quality of furniture is excellent, no hard sell, honest with lead times etc. It’s great to support local businesses too. Bought bedroom furniture this time and it arrived quicker than promised, it’s perfect for my sons bedroom and will last years. Very happy 😊

My family have been using Eyres since the mid 1950’s and the service has always been excellent. Same again this time when buying a new mattress. No big sales pitch, just good advice. Left alone to make our own decision.

Fantastic service when hunting for a new bed. no pushy salesmen, lots of honest good advice, not trying to push most expensive items, helpful and professional.
Service got better when we telephoned the shop on more than one occasion when the phone was answered fairly quickly, the person who answered could deal with my query without transferring me to someone else, was someone who spoke English I could understand, and was someone who knew what he was doing. Gave a great feeling of confidence in the company. 40 years ago this level of service was common but these days is very unusual.
I would highly recommend.

Excellent service from start to delivery. It’s great to use a local independent company

Wanted to give 5 stars but the after service has been appalling. Could not fault the service provided when looking for new sofas and going back to purchase them. The 2 guys that delivered the snuggle chairs went out there way and provided excellent care when bringing in the furniture. Unfortunately we did have a faulty footstool but again they made sure this would be sorted and reassured us that we would get a replacement. We are still waiting for the replacement and never heard from Eyres until we rang and was told that they would look into it!!! We have since been told our replacement is on the way but no definate timescale can be given. Dissapointed with Eyres but hopefully our footstool will be with us soon.

Excellent service as always, we wouldn't go anywhere else it is a wonderful local furniture store.

They even stored our new sofas whilst we sold our old ones. Nothing is too much trouble and they have a wonderful café too.
