The most fraudulent and worst property agency we have ever seen. They asked for a world of unnecessary documents to not give our deposit back. We will report you everywhere. I hope those who want to rent from you will first look at these comments and get informed. Don't be fooled, this agency is committing fraud.

Peachy Cua, the Property Coordinator is exceptional and always helpful. She is responsive to the landlord and tenant needs and is an excellent communicator. The rest of the team at Ezytrac are also very good but sometimes the communication on finance matters is not timely or coherent - room for improvement.

The worst agency I have ever seen in my life. At first we talked about all the conditions when renting, we said that we could not give a reference for my wife since she was new to this country, only I was going to give it, at first everything seemed fine, then our application was cancelled because my wife did not have a reference. The deposit I paid for both my wife and myself was wasted and they said they would not give it back. This agency makes it very difficult in the process to not give people their deposits back and in this way they seize the deposits of thousands of people. I recommend that you never ever work with this agency. They never answer the phone but I will complain everywhere to get my deposit back, just so you know.

The property coordinator whom I was working with, Peach, was extremely helpful, responded very promptly, always positive, and generally had a very easy and great experience completing the contract and move to the new place. Ezytrac was the complete package in terms of all the things that needs to be completed for a move, which is great, and having Peach as the coordinator was fantastic. I knew that I could reach out and she would have an answer or a direction to help me out in the best way. I am extremely grateful for her help, and have got to say, I am very happy with my move experience.
