Unprofessional, unhelpful, unresponsive
By far the single worst property management company I've rented with. First five weeks couldn't sleep in my own bedroom because the carpet reeked of urine. After that had a mouse infestation, when I talked to Ezytrac, they told me I had to physically see a mouse even though I'd sent them photos of mouse activity, took three weeks for them to take any proper action and they didn't even clean up the mess afterwards, leaving mouse droppings everywhere.
Communication is constantly slow and decidely unhelpful, at points taking over one month to get back to a simple email. It seems that Ezytrac go out of their way to do the absolute bare minimum for their tenants.

Jess is very prompt in helping me to replace the malfunctioning washing machine in my rental unit. She kept me updated on the procurement process and has taken all the necessary steps to ensure a smooth delivery and installation of the machine. Great service!

From the moment I made my initial enquiry, Lyn was incredibly responsive, helpful, and professional. She was always on hand to answer any questions I had, no matter how small, and really went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Onboarding with Lyn from Ezytrac
Lyn from Ezytrac was a pleasure to deal with during my onboarding. She was accommodating and very responsive, offering support at every step of the process. I have only just moved into my flat but the onboarding has so far been smooth sailing, and Ezytrac seem to be organised and professional (unlike other property managers I have dealt with in the past). Hopefully this remains the case throughout my tenancy.
