This review is in relation to the process of handling the renewal of tenancy with Ezytrac. We had a positive experience in discussing our point of view during renewal process with the landlord and I would like to appreciate all the assistance provided by Ethan in the overall process.

We've used Ezytrac for at least 6 years and they have always been very helpful and prompt with their replies.

I had a call with Hannah today and she was very friendly, professional and explained everything to me very clearly.

Ezytrac have managed a property for me for 10 years as well as taking over the management of my own home whilst I was overseas, purple bricks unfortunately proved to be the most useless, incompetent people I've ever had the misfortune to deal with.

Over the years they have been good at communication on the whole, there have at times been a different person to deal with every time a conversation was needed, so occasionally frustrating.

More recently they have moved onto a new management platform that really keeps landlords fully in the loop on anything to do with their properties. Monthly statements are always provided as pdf via email as well as being uploaded to this platform.

We have just gone through a change of tenants after having people in situ for 4-5 years and Rum was excellent at making sure we were kept up to date at every step making this a very smooth transition.

Would recommend Rum and the rest of the team there.

I work closely with Lyn from Ezytrac and she is always professional, reliable and efficient. Communication is excellent, and any issues resolved quickly, making the letting process smooth for both landlords and tenants. Highly recommend her service.

Property Management from the start, they’ve been professional, approachable, and very quick to respond. Whenever I raised an issue, it was dealt with in a timely and efficient manner, which really made the whole renting process stress-free. It’s rare to find a letting agent who is both proactive and genuinely cares about resolving matters for their tenants/clients, but Ezytrac properties (paticularly thanks to Ethan) who truly went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service.

I recently had an issue with my bedroom door handle, and Jess from the property management team handled it exceptionally well. She promptly arranged for Ahmad to attend, and the handle was replaced quickly and professionally. Jess kept me informed throughout, communicated clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism, efficiency, and friendly manner really stood out. Jess is a real credit to the property management team, and her support has been excellent.

Very unprofessional company. Issues would take months to solve. We had to change a leaking boiler twice a day for over a month, mould for over 8 months. Always putting off dealing with issues.
Not a local company so every issue was an issue for them to deal with. Moving forward maybe more experienced staff.

We had a great experience with Ezytrac during our short let in one of their managed properties. Unfortunately we were made to evacuate from our property due to fire safety issues, which made us to vacate the property within 2 months into our contract. However in this really challenging situation, our property manager Hannah provided us with great support throughout this fiasco. She made sure that we were okay during this time with an alternative accommodation, coordinated with landlord and building management - made sure we dont have to pay rent during the evacuation period and facilitated a smooth checkout before contract ended due to unsafe building. She helped a lot in getting back our deposit and refunding some of our rent that was paid for the period when the property was unoccupied.

Held a tenancy with them for 4 years and they always responded to requests we had (although takes some chasing). Staff were friendly and helpful including Rum who helped facilitate our stress-free move out.
