I was engaged with Ezytrac for 8 years as they were the management agency for both properties that I rented in that period. Overall my experience was very good.
Now, for my last experience with Ezytrac I want to commend Rum who was a focal point for us from the first day we submitted the notice and until the day of releasing the deposit. He was responsive, attentive and supportive. This sets a high bar for other agents.

I had rung to chase up a refund regarding a Council Tax refund.
Spoke to Christine and although the line was poor she listened to my request and agreed to get back to me as she had to look into this matter.
She kept to her word and within 24 hours she expedited the refund due to me.

Sybelle Chua was most prompt to attend to my request, and respond with what I needed.

I missed an email that Christine had posted to me 10 days ago which required a prompt transfer into my Ezytrac account. When I finally caught with emails, I replied apologetically, Christine quickly responded with a courteous and sympathetic manner. So much so, the issue was dealt with promptly.

I recently went through the rental process for a flat couldn't be happier with the service provided by Lyn Baniares and the Ezytrac team.

From the moment my tenancy was approved, Lyn was incredibly professional and thorough in explaining every step of the move-in process. She clearly outlined what needed to be done - from signing the tenancy agreement through Goodlord to setting up utilities and arranging the inventory check-in.
What impressed me most was Lyn's responsiveness and proactive communication. Whenever I had questions about timing or needed follow-ups (like when I hadn't received the tenancy agreement initially), she was quick to respond and resolve any issues. She even followed up on weekends to keep things moving smoothly.
The entire process was well-organized and stress-free.

Would definitely recommend Ezytrac and specifically working with Lyn for anyone looking for professional, reliable property management services. Thank you for making my move-in experience so seamless!
