Shara was great in assisting me from the first time I spoke to her on the phone.She did chase down the contractor doing the job which could have completed the job even sooner than they did if they had communicated the correct information to the plumber beforehand so he could have known exactly which parts he had to change on the boiler. Again thank you Shara for following up through the whole process and eventually getting the job done.

Ezytrac have the best property…
Ezytrac have the best property management company I have ever had. Maintenance issues are fixed so quickly and they have an excellent customer service team. Peach was phenomenal, a true excellent member of their team. My full deposit was returned, this is the first time this has happened. Most other property management's and landlords do not return any of it. 5 Stars!

Shady practices - they will waste your time just for the sake of it
Hi all,
Never rent with Ezytrac Property Management. They will screw you and put forth vexatious claims just to delay you getting your deposit back. They will not return your deposit within 2 months and the biggest scam of all is the fact they will disregard all comments and images you put within the inventory report (even if you do so on the day of receiving the report). This means that the inventory report is based solely on the images and comments by the inspector - this means if they miss anything at all you are screwed and Ezytrac will attempt to deduct it from your deposit. Even if you do spot anything at all, you have two choices to not get your deposit deducted: 1) don't sign the inventory report at all and refuse to move in (you'll still be screwed since you've already signed the assured shorthold tenancy agreement) or 2) take it to the tenancy deposit scheme for shady practices and hope to god they side with you.
FYI - I legitimately draft contracts for a living and it amazes me how much legal deception they'll try to force down your throat.
