First Serve responded immediately

First Serve responded immediately. Ismael arrived and diagnosed the problem. A part had to be ordered and Ismael gave me his contact info and said he would return to fix when part arrived. He is extremely communicative and kept his word and returned to fix it.
I totally recommend Ismael and First Serve. Definitely 5+++stars

Ismael was fantastic

Ismael was fantastic. He came over on short notice on a Sunday and had a really quick and easy repair for our washing machine (the power was blown and it would not turn on). Money well spent and saved us from having to buy a new machine. Will definitely be using Ismael again!

Amazing service!!

We were extremely happy with our service! I accidentally put too much detergent in our front loader which caused an overflow + the door got stuck. I booked an appointment at 9pm that night and the technician was at our flat by 10am the next morning. By 11am, everything was fixed and the technician gave my helpful information about how to keep that from happening again. Thank you so much!

Very rude and unprofessional

Not only did they take the money and refuse to carry out the work when they got there but the engineer Yusuf was extremely rude to me shouting down the phone ‘what do you think I am your slave’. After I complained they advised ‘find another engineer to do it then we’ll refund you’ Very unprofessional and I would avoid completely.

Highly recommend

Called First Serve UK in the morning to repair a broken clothes dryer and oven. They were there by mid-afternoon the same day and fixed both appliances at a reasonable price. No excuses, no having to come back, no attitude. Very impressed. The first time I used First Serve it was the same good service. I highly recommend Ismail and his team.
