I always feel that I receive excellent advise from Lewis.
We have booked through Flight Centre and the service & expertise are second to none!
The booking process was very easy and we were not pressurised into making a commitment at all.

Michelle and Caitlin were absolutely brilliant helping us plan our US West Coast trip. Having spent plenty of time there Michelles knowledge and ideas were invaluable and really helped us firm up our itinerary. We cant wait to go now! Caitlin was brilliant making everything run smoothly and making adjustments to our itinerary with no trouble at all. Exceptional
We'd normally do our own thing on trips abroad but are so pleased we went on an organised trip to Vietnam. We absolutely enjoyed every minute of it. From the booking experience at Flight Centre Kingston with Chris Rigby-Jones (who kept us updated with any last minute changes) to the trip itself with Intrepid the organisation and experience was exceptional.

Talk about knocking it out of the park!
I have used the flight centre since around 2010 and I have always found them to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This time was no different, they are a very personable team in the Ealing branch. Rajesh started the process and Leo finished it and both were lovely to deal with.
We had a very restrictive brief for the team unfortunately and Leo knocked it out of the park! Thank you very much Leo for suggesting our destination - we are very excited to explore and report back. And it was a lovely touch for you to organise airport transfers for us, it will make my birthday even more special.
I will most definitely be contacting you again for our next adventures. Thanks again!

We had a gorgeous trip to Japan planned by the lovely Sasha. Everything from the flights (even connecting flights) to the hotels was a smooth sailing. Would definitely recommend people to book other trips with Flight Centre.
