This trip had been a long time coming - Catrina at flight centre first helped with my enquiry back in 2024, and we finally booked this year! We were travelling all the way round the world to a remote island in the south pacific and she handled all the aspects of our experience with rigour and efficiency - not to mention patience when we ended up having to delay it on multiple occasions! We're so glad we booked with her - the flights were seemless, hotel recommendations just what we needed and attention to details around travelling long-haul with small kids unparalleled! Wouldn't hesitate to use FllightCentre and Catrina again. Thanks very much to the team!

We have been into Flight Centre Kingston upon Thames before and had great service so we decided to yet again return today. We dealt with Chris who was helpful and knowledgeable and sorted everything out for us.

I just booked flights to Australia and New Zealand with Flight Centre UK for the first time. Travel consultant Lewis Osborn dealt with everything very professionally and was a great help with connecting flights and hotels for our travels. Certainly will use this company for future travel arrangements.

Emma remembered to email once the flights to Melbourne opened up, she was very helpful in wanting to give me options, i proffered to chat face to face and she was very helpful.

The staff are so kind and helpful in a complete friendly manner, especially Helen Woods.

Scarlett Martin at Flightcentre was very efficient in dealing with my bookings. Her attention to detail was always very good. I will certainly be using her for my upcoming bookings with hesitation.

She has always been so helpful,friendly and efficient.
This was especially the case when I could not fly back from Australia via Dubai in March. She found me a great alternative route at very good price. ( so welcome as I had been scammed in Sydney)

Scarlett, as an employee of flight centre, is a true professional, and will always completes tasks to a very high standard. On the 3 occasions that I have interacted with her she sought and presented all viable options and communicated regularly even on her official rest days or the weekends. Without her I wouldn't have been able to complete my last trip because of the Iran war, but she went that extra mile to get me there. I will definitely be using flight centre again when booking my next trip (as long as Scarlett is involved).
