Alexander Rose bench seat.
Purchased the above online, this company came out the lowest on price. My previous garden supplier wanted considerably more money for the same product.
This company neither disappointed me with price or service and I will use them again.

I had to telephone to arrange with Charlie a delivery date and the goods arrived as arranged. If you need to telephone the company you are not kept on hold for any length of time.
The bench is excellent quality and easy to assemble.

Had to cancel this order before it arrived. Refund was given immediately without questions. Will definitely be buying from this company again.

Was really let down by internetgardner.co.uk with misleading delivery dates and no correspondence. Left us with very short time span for getting garden furniture needed for a party. Found Gardenfurniture4u on line and phoned and spoke to Charlie who was really helpful and able to tell me what was in stock and could be delivered to me in time (within 4 days of order). Even when the separate delivery company mucked things up and said we would not receive the furniture until the next week (too late for party) Charlie got onto them and we actually received the furniture that same day! Great customer service.

Hoping that this posting will prompt them into action. Placed an order for garden chairs and money debited from my account on 18th April. Its now 16th May and no sign of anything. Have emailed twice to follow up and had no response.
Also notice that Facebook account is no longer active and Twitter not active since 2013. Is this a real company? I am beginning to doubt it.

As our order was originally on-line, there was a small delay in delivery from the manufacturer, when contacted by telephone their assistant (Allan) was extremely helpful in resolving the matter to our complete satisfaction. Excellent customer service!!

Brilliant service and prices. Prices that smash the internet from a local shop, what more can you ask for. It's great being able to go into a local shop and get one to one advice on products. Much better than larger DIY stores and the fact the goods are in stock for immediate collection is just perfect.

I would highly recommend Gardenfurniture4u, the staff and service was exceptional! We visited the showroom in Larbert where we were greeted by Charlie who helped us with sizes and information on the wide variety of garden furniture available.
The ordering processes was very straight forward. Our items arrived swiftly and in perfect condition! Gordon & Tony who delivered my furniture even lifted it onto a first floor balcony. They are a credit to the company. I will be recommending this company to everyone. Thank you Rachael

We travelled from North East Scotland to this company in search of quality conservatory furniture at the best price. Our satnav didn't pick up clear directions but we called and they stayed with us on the phone giving us directions till we found them. From there on in nothing was too much trouble. I'm not known for making decisions quickly and the patience and help received made the whole experience a pleasure. They delivered our furniture to us at no extra charge and the lads who brought it up were an asset to the company in every way. I have never dealt with a company who have been so helpful. I ordered some furniture but did not want immediate delivery as my conservatory building had not been completed. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they kept it until I was ready. What fantastic service. We ordered a patio set from this company which arrived very quickly. Unfortunately there was a small flaw in one of the chairs. When we contacted them they solved the problem quickly and efficiently by sending a replacement - and even let us keep the original chair. Excellent, friendly service and lovely furniture.

I bought bedroom and dining furniture from this company on Monday and received the delivery today (Wednesday) 2 days later. The quality of the furniture is superb. Many thanks to the salesmen Charlie and Alan and also the delivery guys who were so obliging and brilliant to deal with. In fact the dining room table and sideboard just wouldn't fit down the hallway and had to be dismantled and reassembled which was carried out without any fuss. I would definitely recommend this company.

Purchased table/chairs from Garden Furniture 4U. They came direct from the supplier but on receipt I was not happy with the condition of the table top. I discussed with Garden Furniture 4U who listened to my concerns and kindly replaced the table top at their own expense as the supplier Europa Leisure refused to do anything. The replacement is of a much more acceptable standard and greatly appreciated. Thank you Garden Furniture 4U, i definately reccommend you, and expect my table top problems were an isolated one. Special thanks to 'Charlie' who dealt with and resolved my concerns.

I am based in Australia having bought out my suite with me 10 years ago.
I needed new covers and the Manufactures recommended me to Charlie at Gardenfurniture4u. I assumed that I would have to replace my suite with an Australian Brand. Not the case, despite the distance Charlie got me a quote (incl delivery) to Australia and a delivery time. Placing the order was a 'no brainer'!
They arrived a week ahead of schedule and have now made my 15 year old suite look like new. Thank you Charlie that is what I call 'Great Customer Service' Rgds John in Sunny Queensland.

I was given a delivery time of about 10 days as this item needed to be ordered from "Desser" .However it was delivered within a week exactly as I initially requested.Perfectly packed and just what I ordered. Excellent considering they are based in Scotland and I live in Essex.Good company to do business with!+10% cheaper than any other retailer of this product.

We purchased conservatory furniture from Gardenfurniture4u and have been really impressed with the level of service received throughout. We were unhappy with one of the chairs but Charlie ensured the chair was replaced by return, without hesitation. Would highly recommend a this company.

Visited their showroom packed with huge range of garden furniture two weeks ago, saw what we liked, thought about it, then phoned on Sunday and it was delivered on the Monday! Could not have had better service anywhere in the world. Enough said. Amazing.

Service was brilliant, and Charlie was a pleasure to deal with, very helpful. Delighted with furniture at a very reasonable price and free delivery to the Highlands - which is rare! Would not hesitate to purchase from this company again and would definitely recommend. Thank you!

From the start of the procedure right to the end was EXCELLENT !!! Charlie & Allan could not have been more helpful When I said where I lived they took it on board. I contacted them last week (Wed) the suite was delivered yesterday (Mon) but when you realise that I stay WAY UP IN THE NORTH OF SCOTLAND 25 miles out of ULLAPOOL the last 13 of these miles being SINGLE TRACK getting it yesterday was great going. I would recommend this company to anyone and if I ever needed to, I would certainly use them again. You can also get extra covers whenever you want.
