I would never buy anything from this company again. We ordered some garden furniture in August and the order confirmation said delivery within a week. A week later no communication whatsoever about delivery. We chase, they then come back and say two weeks. This continues for another month. Empty promise after empty promise and not once did they update us without us having to chase. Finally I ask for a refund. A month later, i'm still waiting for my refund. Shocking service.

We have been looking for garden furniture for quite a while and visited Gardenfurniture4u in Larbert. There is a large choice on display and Charlie is on hand to help if needed - no hard sale. Great customer service - highly recommended.

I had a problem with the delivery not everything had arrived and a few other issues. However, when I rang to discuss this Charlie sorted everything out very quickly and efficiently. I would have no hesitation in using this company again.

Ordered a rattan set on Thursday and delivered Saturday after visiting showroom. Price was £100 cheaper than local garden centre and had a excellent variation of all types of furniture. Brilliant!

looking for advice on decent strong rattan furniture I phoned this company as had bought before from them. Charlie was so helpful advising which would be best for our use. after slight delivery hick up all was rectified quickly and efficiently. delivery guys friendly and helpful. furniture fantastic and comfortable [Fairmont Kensington]. so a huge thank you to Charlie. pity he cant fix the weather too!!!

Toscana table
We ordered the table towards the end of March which arrived within a few days.
We built it in April when the weather was okay. Very easy to put together however, when we removed the bubble wrap from the table top we noticed it was cracked on the edge of the rim.
I sent a photo to the website and Charlie responded immediately saying that he passed on the pics to the supplier for a replacement.
This has happened recently after a few calls to Charlie and the supplier.
Happy now the problem is resolved, would have given 5 stars if I hadnt had to chase this up.

I cannot say enough about the service here at Garden furniture 4 you , Charlie gave us excellent advise & service and then Tony who delivered our furniture was exceptional so helpful and pleaseant . He made up the table ,and then totally indulged me moving the funrniture first there then there until I was entirely happy with its position without a complaint ,he took away all the packaging and was such an asset & wonderful ambassador for the company I can't praise him too highly .

We ordered a beautiful patio set from this company for our new home. Entry date was delayed, but there was no pressure to deliver it. Anytime I called to give them an update, I was always satisfied with the response. Cannot rate them high enough. Compared to other firms, they are by far a more professional Company.

Unfortunately I had to cancel an order that I placed with Gardenfurniture4u. The customer services team were excellent and a refund was issued immediately. I would definitely use this company again.
