Amazing traveling with Christopher! He was very friendly, kind and super fun! We had a long journey, but thanks to Christopher it was over in a heartbeat. 100% recommended!!

We waited outside our location for pick up. The taxi didn't arrive at our requested time. We allowed 10 mins and when we contacted them to ask why they were very rude shouted at us and hung up. Would not recommend them as a taxi company.

20 minute Journey out was fine, Taxi arrived promptly to take me to my destination with the price quoted as £28.20 which I thought was reasonable.
Disappointed when I tried to book my return journey at around 11.30pm when I was told a Taxi would not be available until 1am?
If I had not been in such a warm friendly 24hr venue, I could have been left incredibly vulnerable as a lone female waiting outside on a Saturday night into the early hours.
Go Green quoted a price of £41.00 which is shocking.
I asked why is it nearly double compared to my outward journey?
The reply I received after the Lady had muted her phone was "Because there is a Surcharge" I said I had not been warned about this.
Needless to say I cancelled Go Green and found a different Taxi Company who arrived within 10 minutes and only charged me £23.30

I made a local return journey, both ways the drivers were on time, courteous the charge was reasonable and the control was most polite and helpful.

£83.40 to travel 15 miles from Bampton to Steventon? Absolutely disgusting. Go Green clearly got too big for their boots after undercutting every single local taxi firm.

Booked a taxi and had a text confirming this. It was for an important meeting and I allowed more than enough time to get there. It was not far and in Reading, there was no parking at the offices I was visiting and I wanted to avoid a stressful journey into town so thought taking a taxi would be ideal. How wrong I was.

I was told I would be called just before the taxi arrived. Did not happen. The taxi in fact did not arrive. I phoned the offices twice to find out what was happening. A man told me the taxi allocated to me had a passenger and ‘he would do his best’ to get a taxi to me. Terrible service. A lady I spoke to was to ring me back and didn’t. I had to phone the offices I was visiting to explain the taxi had let me down and I had no idea when I would get there. The taxi did eventually show up just over 20 minutes late. The driver did not apologise and in fact blamed the office.

I had told Go Green taxis that this was a very important meeting, one I had paid for.
It meant absolutely nothing to them.

I was very stressed out by this experience and would never recommend them at all. Do not use them, especially if you have an appointment you need to attend at a certain time.

If I could rate this taxi service zero stars, I would—and even that feels like a compliment. I booked a ride in advance, the driver never showed up. I waited outside like a fool while my time ticked away and my plans crumbled.When I called to ask what was going on, I was met with unpolite excuses.

This company clearly treats reliability as an optional feature. If you enjoy being stranded and ignored, this is the perfect taxi service for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor—use literally any other option. Walk, crawl, summon a horse. You'll get there faster and with less stress.

I’ve used them twice and have in both times had the best service.

Really positive experience. Needed a way to get home after my original plans changed. Searched for a taxi company, downloaded the app and had a driver booked all within 5 minutes. Arrived promptly, polite driver and felt it was value for money compared to quotes I was receiving on UBER. Would reccomend.

Late, expensive (£10 more than other firms for an 20 minute trip) and no contact or explanation why they were late. I won’t use them again.

I usually use a national airport taxi company when travelling for work but having used Go Green for local journeys I thought I’d give them a go. I had my original return flight cancelled and it was super easy to call them and rearrange. I hate the fact the other company hang around to avoid car parking at the airport for longer than necessary meaning they aren’t there when you come through arrivals. The driver was already waiting for me this morning with a name board. Super efficient and friendly service. Will definitely use Go Green going forward

Incredibly expensive: my son took a taxi to the hospital in the early hours today - Go Green charged him three times what he paid for the return journey (different company for return). Will definitely not use again and would not recommend.

Will never recommend Go Green Taxi Service will charge you twice the cost of your usual Taxi service to the same address. Even if it is green it should not try to ripped you off big time for 10 minutes taxi ride I was quoted £32.50!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A dirty car and a smelly driver for twice the expected price. Do not book.

An excellent company
I thoroughly recommend Go Green taxis. They were efficient and extremely courteous and professional. The driver Jason was kind and caring and most importantly got me to my doctor's appointment on time and then picked me up after the appointment was finished. I will most definitely use them again and the price was fair🙂

Took a Go Green Cab (Rav 4) in Washington DC for
1.5 Mile trip. The cost was $59.00 plus Tip...
Took the driver 5 minutes to come up with the cost for the trip. I think it was made up.. NEVER AGAIN!!
