5 miles cost me £40. Complete rip off. They also want you to pay beforehand, bit suspect - what if the service was poor? You’d have no recourse to ask for your money back. Avoid these guys.

I ordered a cab to Thatcham this morning and the driver asked me to pay before the ride began I don’t feel that’s good practice

I wish I could give 0 stars. The one star can be for the driver as he was lovely. £20.40 for a 3 mile journey. Drivers sat nav was trying to turn us around the whole way to our destination. Clearly had the wrong destination entered on their system. The driver even said ‘that’s a lot for this short journey’. He called the office but they didn’t give a damn and said we accepted the price when we booked. Will not use again. Avoid at all costs!

we were a bit lost… we called go green and kirtsy answered and she was so sweet and helped us so much she is so sweet helped us do much

I've been using go green taxis in Didcot since they first started , two weeks ago I had a taxi not arrive on time , go green told me the driver went to another pick up instead of me , by the time the taxi got to me it was over 20 minutes late , the exact same thing happened today making me late for an appointment, I've also recently noticed that some of the staff answering the phones appear to be somewhat offhand & unprofessional, I am so disappointed , I can't believe I'm saying this as some of the drivers are really lovely but I won't be using go green again

Really dishonest and unprofessional.. charged me £40.70 for less than 7 miles distance . An absolutely rip off !! Not go green but Go Red !!!

Booked days in advance to take me and my now husband to our wedding. First driver said he would be 15 mins late. He then disappeared off the tracking app and was replaced by another driver who showed as being 45 mins away. Several frantic phone calls made to them. We were asked why we were being rude. At no point could we make them understand that it was pre booked for a certain time to TAKE US TO OUR WEDDING!!!! Cue last minute panic with 4 of us squashed into a family member's tiny car. We made our wedding with less than 5 mins to spare. Disgraceful and unprofessional doesn't even begin to cover it

Quoted £85 but charged £99, never use again.

Ripped off a 17 year old girl who was alone late at night 10pm, and needed a taxi. Drove about 2 miles and charged her £20 ! Should be ashamed of yourselves. As a previous poster has said, once bitten!

First time used. Charged £32 for a journey that with other taxi firms is £20. Once bitten, etc… Avoid.

Would not use again- extremely overpriced!!!!! Went from headington to thornhill p&r on 1st May less than 2 miles,£20.10. Made the exact same journey in reverse on 13th May with another company £8.60!!!! When I called today they were very unapologetic and said we set our own prices and basically told me I should have shopped around! Felt like I was being told” we’ve had your money, that’s your too bad”! I understand that I paid the price asked, but as I explained, I never get taxis and was unsure what the cost should be, so stupidly accepted that they were a reputable, competitive company. Their strap line, “taxis that don’t cost the earth” seems laughable! I understand that companies pricing differ, but to be more than double for the exact same journey is daylight robbery! And the only reason I had called the other company was because it was 3am and the go green app wouldn’t work. Would never use again, and would advise anyone to do what they told me and shop around. Absolutely feel ripped off and dreadful customer service.

Arrived late and cost more than double what our normal taxi costs
They sent a text advising the cost but we were in meetings and didn't see it, not their fault but the price extortionate!!!!

Two stars because the cab turned up but the driver decided to charge more than what I was quoted.
I asked the office, 'can I pay by card?' yes was the reply.
Driver: 'if you pay cash I'll do it for £40 otherwise it'll be £44.
Me: I was quoted £40 and that you accept card.
Driver: No, it's £44, only £40 if you pay cash.
Me: I don't have cash. I was quoted £40 flat fee.
Driver: sorry, that's all I can do.

Safe to say that I got out of the cab and didn't pay.

Absolutely shocking. Took 40 minutes to arrive, then charged me 16.60 for a journey that NEVER costs more than 8 pound. No apology either, just ripping people off left right and centre

I was a fairly regular airport customer but have just changed as had an aversive experience and no follow up from GG when I raised concerns. the driver was distracted, tired , and appeared to be falling asleep on the M4. I had to nudge him twice as his closed and we veered across lanes. I was extremely worried and called go green but never heard anything back at all and this was months ago. They used to be great, but my experience has gone steadily downhill and being put in danger was too much. Do as I have and ue the very available competition

I was collected by Sue yesterday (18.2.24), and taken to Sturdy's Castle Hotel in Kidlington. She was really nice, friendly and efficient and a great pleasure to talk to. I know exactly where to go now when I need an Oxford taxi! Many thanks Sue.
