Good and prompt service
I’ve have been with green flag for around 5 to 6 years. And had to use my breakdown cover for the first time. I went on the app, pressed rescue me answered a few questions and within 20 mins I had a technician calling me to say they were on the way. He arrived 30minutes later. The technician was friendly, polite and explained everything. He diagnosed the problem, temporarily fixed it and came back the next day to fix it permanently. I am genuinely happy with the service I’ve received and would definitely recommend. I clearly made the right choice for breakdown cover.

Smoking Rear Brake!
Recovery truck arrived within 45 minutes on a Sunday late afternoon. Car was loaded and secured efficiently. Technician took care of us, including our dog, and drove us directly to our house, around 70 miles. No issues whatsoever.

Felt listened too by call handler. Kept informed as to when someone would be likely to get to me. Felt I could call back if I was worried. When Mechanic arrived he was very helpful. Quickly identified the problem and suggested ways of getting it repaired. Temporarily got it started to enable me to get to a garage. Very efficient service from Green Flag
