Good experience

Where the other bus National Express has to be booked or tickets be bought in advance, with Green Line you can pay cash (£11 p.p) or pay by card at the chauffeur. At arrival at Luton Airport as well as departure from Victoria Station we had a very good travel experience (Dec.23 p.m.). Be there on time, in London Victoria Station is the first place to step up so seats enough even during Chrismas days. Full is full, but the bus leaves every half an hour.

Fabulous Coach Driver - Maureen

Hi Greenline Team
We traveled from Malaysia & was connected to Greenline by our local tour - our coach driver Maureen did a fantastic job & been tying to get in touch with Maureen but not been very successful. Maureen has been fabulous and has gone the extra mile to make our trip to North New Zealand worthwhile.
She was our driver and a tour guide. Fantastic person. Please give me her contact number as I want to thank her personally.

Don't travel with them.

I got the 3am bus to Luton airport. I probably got the same arrogant driver as others mentioned. There was no space for me to put my suitcase, and as I was trying to make space for my luggage , the driver started closing the door! First and last time I'm using green line! The webpage is confusing, the only positive was the customer service line that I used to get information. I never had issues with national express.

The online booking experience is awfull…

The online booking experience is awfull - I received an e-mail with a link to my ticket that I'm supposed to print out. However, after opening it once, the link doesn't work anymore. So I need to call Customer Service to re-enable the link again so I can print it out. Wait time on the customer support is 20+ min!! If this happens at night, their customer support is closed and you'll be stuck without a ticket, and you won't be able to travel. What a ridiculous system.

Excellent live chat

My husband and I needed our tickets refunded due to unforeseen circumstances. We used the online live chat and (after some waiting) the customer service team was extremely helpful.

Bought a ticket on the 23 April 2018,to…

Bought a ticket on the 23 April 2018,to depart from Vitoria station towards Luton Airport on the 29/04. Because it was the 1st time using this service, I called the thursday before and I was told there would be buses leaving from Victora at 2am, 3am, 4am, etc.
I arrived 30 min earlier to take the 3am coach. Found the Bus stop and checked the coach schedule there, it said the Greenline bus would stop there in the direction of Luton Airport. Other passengers were waiting.

The hour arrives and the bus was going to intitially stop behind a national express bus, changed the direction, went around, and drove off. Several passengers were left behind.

After sometime I found another Bus Stop metters away, after a junction. Other passengers that had missed the 3am BUS were there, at least 6 that I noticed.
There was a closed bus there, when the driver opened the door I asked what time it would depart, he told 4.30am, Not 4am as I was told on the phone, days before.

After a lot of confusion me and 2 other passengers that had missed 3am coach, decided to take a tax to Luton Airport, incurring an extra expense.

This service is deplorable, customer service line says ones schedule, the drivers do different schedules. I checked the schedule on that Bus Stop and it said the BUS would stop there in the direction of Luton Airport, the coach drives around and leaves passengers behind. I had to spent £20 more to get to Luton Airport. I will never use your services again.

Been treated like a beast by the driver

If you want to be treated like a miserable beast, take this coach service. Arrogant driver on my first and last experience, with this company. For reference, it was the service from London Victoria to Luton Airport at about 8:30 of the 22/04/18 (bus stop 6).

Terrible experience

Terrible experience.

Pretty much what everyone had before me...

Rude driver refused to take us on the bus because out ticket was purchased online and we only had confirmation. He openly said its not his problem and that on return no one will accept us.

Not only did we nearly miss a flight but we had to but another ticket with National Express.

No help was given to us and no refund.

I dont advise anyone to use greenline

Very arrogant and rude driver today 19…

Very arrogant and rude driver today 19 march 2018 at St. Peter's stop St Albans around 14.30 going towards Heathrow . I didn't have change but I do understand that the driver couldn't have either but oh my god what an attitude he looked at my me without saying anything and laughed at me. Took me a few seconds to understand that he is just not willing to take my money then I apologise for not having change . He said I'm not a bank I don't either . He could have simply said sorry I can't take u on since I have no change and u need the exact money .simple. What an attitude , educate ur drivers on customer service please

Unacceptable way of business

Tried to book 2 adult tickets to London Luton Aiport and then had obvious issues with saving and printing tickets.
For some really unacceptable reason, you can only click the permalink in your confirmation email once and be able to access your tickets ONE TIME AFTER ONE CLICK
Side note: Not sure how this is legal?!
Failure to do so would result in you losing your tickets forever.
Spoke to their customer service and was appalled and told about their company procedures and policies.
You'd think that a company who takes money from your account would be able to find your confirmation and be able to issue you with a ticket - perhaps not a NEW ONE per say, but at least the one you paid for.
Nope. nothing.
Told to buy a new ticket basically.
Demanded a refund, contacted them, contacted my bank, communicated that this is basically fraud. Providing a service, taking money from people and not actually issuing a ticket.
ONE CLICK ACCESS? WHAT THE FRICK IS THAT?
What if your internet is not working properly or for any other reason you can't access it the first time?
Anyway,
Do not purchase with this service.
So disappointed, didnt even make it onto the bus because I will now be booking with another company.

Poor service, no air con

Those buses are always lat even if all other buses are going the same route as 757/755 greenline will always be late others will be on time. No air con. They advertise themselves as coaches with air con but I am travelling by 757/755 every day since mid May and not even once air con was working. When you ask the driver to switch it on they ask you if you're kidding. Very often bus drivers do not stop on the bus stop ignoring waving passengers. When complaint raised they tell you they will reply in 10 working days after which you never hear back from them. Vary bad company, if you can take National Express or a train - much better conditions and service

Be careful when booking your return ticket - no refunds..

This busline service was actually a great experience from Luton Airport to London, but the outward date of the ticket is set to the date you order the ticket, and therefore our ticket was not "legal" when we arrived in Luton Airport and found the bus. So we had to purchase a new ticket and was told that we could just get a refund for the one that wasn't valid because of the outward date (which was 1 day before our actual arrival).
When I emailed them about the refund we were told we would get, they needed the tiny tiny ticket we bought on the bus which was the same paper as a receipt so it dissapeared in all the other receips (vacation wallet) after we came home. And because of that = no refund! Even though we had proof of 2 payments in our bank transfers and the tickets we printed out from home wasn't enough even though that is proof enough.
So silly! So make sure your outward date is CORRECT otherwise you will end up paying twice as much.
