Having dealt with several estate agents over the years, I can confidently say that Haarts stands out as one of the most professional, proactive, and genuinely customer-focused agencies I have worked with.

A special mention has to go to Adam Francis, who was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, he kept me informed every step of the way, answered my countless questions with patience and professionalism, and was always available whenever I needed advice or reassurance. What really impressed me was how proactive he was in liaising with the sellers and their solicitors to keep everything moving and minimise delays. His communication and commitment made what could have been a stressful experience feel far more manageable.

The whole team at Haarts provided an excellent level of service, demonstrating professionalism, honesty, and genuine care for their clients. They never made me feel like just another customer—they took the time to understand my needs and worked hard to ensure the process was as smooth as possible.

Worst and most unreliable "estate agent" ever. If you ever sell and choose Haart as the estate agent, you won't get far with these crooks! Many months had gone by and not a single viewing on my property, AND THEY "LOST" OUR HOUSE KEYS. As soon as we changed to a new estate agent, we got a buyer within weeks. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This company is total scam … please don’t give your house .

They are providing false information, doesn’t look after your house. They only care about own profits.

I used 2 times this company and both times they didn’t look after it’s a rubbish company.

What can I say, These guys are gangsters. They say one thing and blatantly lie. George valued our property and drew up a contract, I queried the illustration of cost and was assured that I would only pay 1% plus vat. In fact I have the very same agreement in an email. They charged me a fix fee, the illustration was a red herring and I was conned. We consider ourselves as savvy but good old and his manager Nick should be wearing a mask as D Turpin did.
Avoid and be very wary. You have been warned!!!!!!!

Our property is on the market with another estate agent, who we are perfectly happy with. I received persistent phone calls from Haart, on an almost daily basis, until I had a conversation from someone supposedly from a branch in our town - they haven't got one. It then transpires that they were able to make this cold call as they obtained my contact details from a 3rd party data supplier. Won't be using this company!

I'm absolutely shocked by the behaviour of this letting agent.
When we went to move into our new flat it was filled with dead insects and the freezer was full of mould. It was clear the agent didn't do the standard checks on the apartment before we moved in. We then requested it be cleaned so it was livable. Azimjon Uzokov (I advise you to avoid this agent), made it very difficult for us to have it cleaned and furthermore one set of keys for the lock didn't fit.
Azimjon told us the landlord agreed that if we arranged a professional cleaning at the price of £190 and had new keys cut at the price of £18
that would come out of the next month's rent. We sent the receipts for these payments and then we received an urgent email from Azimjon stating our landlord will now take legal action against us for underpaying rent, though he said our landlord agreed that deducting these costs form our rent was fine (we have email evidence of this). We have called and emailed Azimjon and the office multiple times and they will not respond to us.
We have proof of these payments and the agreements made and yet Azimjon is threatening us and uncontactable. Disgusting, unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour. Please go elsewhere!

Hossin showed me today two properties. It was a good experience for me as I am new to this market. He was very helpful and easy to get with. I also noticed that Hossin kept me informed throughout this process.

INTERESTED in answering your questions!!!! and they are very AGGRESSIVE in there telephone conversations !!!! Steer well clear of these charlatans!!!!!!

This company have bombarded me with mailings to the point of desperation. I have a property on the market hence their contact but it's relentless. I've called them on more than one occasion to stop the mailings and returned their communication by RETURN TO SENDER but they keep coming. Unfortunately for them, I've now had to leave a very poor review on Trustpilot as they have ignored my requests every time. I would never sell any property on this site. They hound you. This clearly and sadly demonstrates desperation on their part.

Had a property viewing with Haarts Dartford, the young girl Maddie Gilhooley was very professional and very friendly, I did not know the area but she made the appointment easy.

Ola was a lovely gentleman who caught me on my way to Westfield stratford. We had a very good conversation regarding estate management . His knowledge was very good and informative.

Have recently been dealing with Ewan Plank who was trying to help me find a rental property. Unfortunately I found through another agent but Ewan’s communication was excellent. He listened, kept in touch, was very friendly and personable whilst always being professional. Excellent Estate Agent, thanks Ewan!

Great company, got the job done properly and with great customer service.

Avoid this estate agents. Other than the sales pitch to get my custom from a lady called Sarah who i would say is a very good salesperson, i feel i have been robbed £1000s of pounds from the worst estate agents ive come across. My property was vacant and i handed spare keys to the estate agent to do all viewings in December 2025. They did not do one viewing by always saying they had no one available and could i be there to do it. They havnt stepped foot in my apartment once. I sold my property in February 2026, and they didn't even sell my property as the person that bought mine was a friend of a viewer who private messaged me to see if she could come look. we arranged this between ourselves. The communication was poor to the point where again me and the buyer had to communicate for updates and to chase solicitors from both ends. Something what Haart should have done, especially given the amount of money they charge for their service. To make it worse, Hidden charges in solicitors fees to be paid to Haart making this total over 4000 pound and im still questioning now, what i paid them for???

My Partners house was also on the market with them and we have now withdrawn. The lack of knowledge, the lack of communication, the lack of motivation to want to sell your property.

Avoid this company at all costs.

I popped into the branch to book some viewings last week for a couple of properties we were interested in. We were greeted by a bubbly, friendly member of staff who was only too happy to help. We had the viewings yesterday evening, she took the time to show us around the home, pointing out things & letting us take our time. There was no rushing, and she was happy to answer any questions we had. We’ve now made an offer for one of the properties & hoping this will become our dream home. Amber has been the best in terms of communication, keeping us up to date & calling back when she said she would. A great effort & looking forward to buying the house soon.

Unacceptable treatment and poor communication from the local branch

I am writing this review to warn others about the incredibly poor standard of service and lack of care we have experienced with haart while living at this property.

The main issues we have faced include:

Lack of Communication: Emails and phone calls regarding major ongoing issues have been repeatedly ignored or left without a meaningful response.

Outstanding Maintenance/Property Issues: We have had to live with severe unresolved issues at the property [e.g., a major plumbing leak / electrical socket safety concerns / broken boundaries] that were reported to the agency, yet they have failed to action proper, lasting repairs.

Disregard for Tenant Well-being: The way we have been treated throughout this process has been entirely unprofessional and dismissive.

It shouldn't take leaving a 1-star review on a public forum to get a basic response from an estate agent. I strongly advise anyone looking to rent or manage a property through haart to look elsewhere.
