First class service from all the staff at Henstock PS. Having to sell my mother's bungalow could have been traumatic but the service I had including clearing out the property was amazing. Even when I couldn't access the property John came up and showed me I'd been using the wrong key! I highly recommend anyone wanting to buy, sell or rent, believe me you will get excellent service.

I am extremely delighted with Henstock! They went the extra mile to help me and my fiancee with the purchase of our first home.
Long story short- we were in a chain and we were in the process of buying for 2 months when we got the notice from our land lord that we need to move out in little more than a month. This is when we started panicking, because we were in position where we could find ourselves spending crazy amount of money on hotels for us and storage for all of our belongings.
This is when I started chasing down the chain. I have phoned Henstock , I got through to John and even though I WAS NOT working with them he was very friendly and concerned about our problem. He said that he will contact his clients in South Africa and ask them to provide all needed documents to close the deal. As you can imagine we were very nervous whether we will be able to to move in on time. We were on the phone to Henstock at least 3 times a week and I must say that they did the real work and made what at one point seemed impossible - possible.

The process was very stressful and we manage to move in our new home on the day that we had to move out from the place we were renting thanks to the helpful team of Henstock

There is no doubt - every time we start talking about estate agents I recommend Henstock!

I could have not been more impressed with Henstock. Everyone who worked on my sale was extremely personable, extremely professional, and they gave good honest advise when needed. It’s a shame I cannot take Henstock with me to Leicester but if I ever sell again it will be with a local agent.

Very pleased with the sale of my father's house. Friendly and professional service; great communication (mobiles on until 20.00); they even did a tip run with some stuff from the garage (I live 250 miles away)!. Highly recommended.

We have recently moved into a rented house let by Henstocks and cannot fault the service we have received. Every time we have contacted the office via the phone or have walked in off the street they were pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. When we eventually moved into the property, one of their agents, Philip, met us at the house and couldn't do enough for us. He confidently talked us through the paper work and put us at ease. We felt that we weren't being rushed and we could ask him anything. When walking around the property to do a check a couple of the smoke detectors didn't work and he replaced them on the spot! He also fitted a new lock to the back door when my husband asked about security. You don't get that from many estate agents! Overall the application of the letting was smooth and the fees were very reasonable compared to other agents in the area. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

I have lived in this rented property for over a year now, we receive regular house checks every 3 month, which is not only great for the property owner but gives me the opetunuty to ask any questions I need to. Only on 2 occasions with in the year I have had to contact henstock properties once to ask for a personal letter which was done and emailed to me with in half an hour and the second time today as we had a problem with the shower, somebody was sent out with in the hour and the shower was sorted no problems. I feel safe n secure in my home and would highly recommend this company. 5 stars ! :)

Fantastic service from Henstock PS! Great advice and we were really pleased with their handling of the sale of our house. Nothing was too much trouble, every member of the team that we dealt with was a complete professional. We don't plan on moving again any time soon but would absolutely recommend them to anybody who is!

Having had a property for sale in Middleton, and consulting 3 Agents in total, I chose Henstock PS because I was impressed with their professionalism and their extensive knowledge of the local area.
