I love HMV and its online order system. They from general order to pre-order give competitive pricing, speedy and trackable delivery but also a massive assortment of purchasable options that generally in Ireland would be majorly overpriced if available.

Delivered on time
I pre-ordered something. I was kept up-to-date from ordering to delivery. It was delivered on the day it was meant to. No damage to the packaging.

Everything went well
Goods arrived in perfect condition and in the estimated time frame. Haven't played the 2 DVDs yet but the CD is fine. Good value as orders over £20 are delivered free of charge.
