Didn’t have the record in stock despite advertising that they did. Sent me an email suggesting I request a refund and then lo and behold they actually had it in stock. Awful

Thank you for your feedback, and apologies for any confusion.
We can see that we advised that there was a delay in stock arriving from the supplier but that this would be fulfilled as soon as this arrived. We give customers the option to cancel in these circumstances should a slight delay affect their order and if the item is required urgently but is not requested by ourselves. Your order was then requested for interception due to being in stock at the time the cancellation request was recognised, and we can see this has now been refunded as per your request.

Bad delivery this time.
We ordered a Loungefly bag from the website for delivery. It arrived and was literally just chucked in the box. No wrapping or protective packaging at all. The bag is slightly damaged and misshaped.

Ordered 2 items. Both arrived promptly. It made the socks I was buying for a gift quite expensive once I'd added on the cost of the soooooo gorgeous bag I found and purchased for myself. I had never thought of looking at HMV for these type of items.
