Would have given 5 stars except collection information on website is out of date and inaccurate. A map of where the store is in relation to transport (tube/bus) would help; with some mobility issues distance really helps.
In-store (which took ages to locate), the service and store was brilliant.

Lost parcel nightmare
First order with HMV. Parcel is at Royal Mail and has been for 10 days (lets face it, is disappeared). Cant take up with HMV for another 10 days. This really isnt Amazon levels of service
