Your customer service when I could not find joanna shaw taylor because they had moved her class of music around the store.
I wish we could have one backing Aston. Under line, so we didn't have to go to stockport or Manchester, to get what I want.

Taken my money and haven't received my order.…
I got a notification that my online order had been dispatched for click and collect. A week later and still no notification that it is ready to be collected. Sent a message on the help centre and had the usual we've received your query, but nothing else. Tried phoning the store to chase it, it's a charge number and there was no answer.
Out of pocket by nearly £200, I'm fuming!

I went to hmv
I went to hmv. Bradford purchased 3 c d s. I was told on the day my music would arrive to my home address within 24. Hours. So in short my first cd. Arrived 3 days after purchase numbers 2 and 3. Turned up the Monday so 6 days in total but happy with the music. I hope the feedback 🙏 is useful thankyou regards Andy gale

Another Great Experience at Kingston
The team I spoke to we’re very friendly, when I was browsing vinyl I was approached by very friendly member of staff who asked if I wanted any help I explained I was enjoying myself looking through the vinyl, and I was left alone, which was much appreciated.
I was given a card with one of the sales assistance name on it. Unfortunately I lost it l, which is a shame that I can’t name the very helpful and friendly staff member.
