Myself and a friend rented a property from Holden for the past 2 years and I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received. The house was in a very good condition when we moved in and if we had any issues, Julia would make sure it was taken care of very quickly with minimal fuss. All the staff working for Holden are very friendly and considerate which is not something I've experienced with other agencies.
We have recently moved out and Holden were very accommodating here, allowing me to remain in the property for an extra 10 days whilst I waited to begin my next tenancy. Such personal care is representative of the experience we had throughout our 2 years renting from Holden and I would highly recommend them.

The Holden property group have been amazing for this past year that we’ve been with them. They are easy to contact and any issues we’ve had have been corrected usually the same day. We would definitely use them again. Julia in particular was a huge help to us throughout the tenancy.

Sarah, from day one, made the process very very smooth and straightforward. She has been very helpful throughout and I am very happy that I have chosen to be a member of the property. Great acting landlords!
Holden were my landlord for 2 years and from start to finish they made the renting experience so simple and enjoyable. Whenever there was an issue with the property they would resolve this immediately and had a really professional maintenance team to support with this.

I worked with Holden Copley on the purchase of a property in Beeston. It was a complicated purchase with numerous conveyancing issues for both me and the vendors to overcome. It is fair to say without the tenacity of Holden Copley I doubt the purchase would have been possible. I would particularly like to thank Lianna Vocaturo - she worked so hard to make this purchase happen - notwithstanding lockdown, Christmas/ NY etc - she kept on pushing away at all parties until we got done. I look forward to working with Holden Copley and Lianna on more transactions. Thank you.

I rented with Holden for almost 2 years. In that time they have been responsive, supportive and so helpful with any queries I raised. Julia Scott the head of property was so helpful when I needed help with move in and move our dates that kept changing. I would definitely recommend Holden to anyone looking to rent. Had a great experience renting from HPG - they responded quickly to any issues and were very flexible with changing moving-out dates in light of the COVID-19 lockdown

It has been an amazing experience renting with HPG. They are very friendly, honest, helpful and always quick to respond with any issue at the property. They always look after their tenants.
We were supposed to move out in February from one of their properties but couldn’t find anywhere suitable due to our financial situation and then COVID-19, eventually we moved out in August . HPG were very patient and supportive throughout the whole process and offered to help on number of occasions.
I would definitely recommend HPG as one of the best agency We’ve ever dealt with.
