I had a wonderful experience with my stay at 1 Colehill Gardens. Mark & his team has been extraordinary in keeping this a great place to stay . It was like a big extended family. As I am a frontline worker in COVID19, I got all support & encouragement from the team all the time . Both Mark & Julia have come across an extremely genuine & humble people and helped me cope up in this situation. All the best to them & the team.

After a year of interacting with these guys they've always been excellent! They've always been so quick to help in any way they can with the few issues I've had over the last 12 months, looking forward to my next year with them.

After having bad experiences with property management companies/landlords in the past, we were very nervous about moving and having a similar experience. Luckily, our experience with HPG couldn't be any more different to what we have had previously. They have been kind, respectful, fair, and just lovely all the way through. They even send us birthday and Christmas cards which is such a nice touch. They are a fantastic company and I would STRONGLY recommend them to anybody who is interested in renting! The property is also fantastic, very modern and well managed.

Holden have been the best landlords I have ever worked with! They deal with everything quickly and efficiently, and always keep you well informed with anything that is happening with the property. The standard of their property was very high and there were none of the usual dodgy landlord tricks when I moved out! Sad to go but I would recommend anyone to them as they have been so great.

Best landlords/property managers we've ever had.
It's been an amazing experience to be looked after by a team of people who seem more like a group of friends than an agency. They're always available, responsive and helpful no matter the issue or time of the day. We're extending our lease for another year and cannot recommend them enough!

Quite simply Holden Property Group are the best landlords I've dealt with and it would be a pleasure to deal with them again. I've rented one of their properties for around 11 months.

Each enquiry whether it's just an info request, replacement of an item, or exiting the property they were an absolute pleasure to deal with.

No issues getting into the property, they replaced a few pieces of furniture. Everything was dealt with swiftly and respectfully. There was no funny business when exited the property. They even went as far as to try and rent the property out early for me and accommodate me to do an partial early-checkout.

We are delighted to remain in our property for a third year. Barring the occasional washing machine malfunction and an issue with the locks early on, we have been incredibly impressed with the Holden experience.

The rate at which issues are resolved is nothing short of phenomenal. The issues we've had with the washing machine, the bathroom floor tiles and the window latches were fixed within a few days of submitting the job card. Equally, when we moved into the property, it was admittedly severely under-furnished. However, whenever I have submitted a request for additional furniture and/or fixtures and fittings, it was again sorted in double quick time.

Holden have made us feel hugely appreciated - well beyond anything I've experienced in previous tenancies. I would not have a bad word to say about them, and I would definitely say they've managed to buck the trend surrounding the industries negative image.

This year's negotiations (similarly to last years) were relatively painless, but we were slightly taken aback by the requests nonetheless. The increase requested both years has been hugely inflated relative to market rate. I appreciate that the landlord/Holden have always compromised, however it does feel like it will just be a perpetual cycle of increases if we were to remain in the property. I would like to emphasise that I understand this is not of Holden's doing, but it is probably the one negative experience we've had in the last 24 months.

Loved HPG, absolutely amazing managing agents. Julia Piper was really kind, friendly and efficient, getting back to all our requests promptly and delivering excellent service throughout. An engineer was sent out whenever we needed one (even for small touch-ups). When we arrived in the building, there was a welcome card and bottle of wine waiting and birthday cards sent to us both later in the year - I'd would recommend them without reservation.

Holden are one of the best estate agents I've been with. We had a bit of an issue at the beginning of my tenancy but even that was resolved fairly.
They are quick to respond to any inconsistencies in the house, even menial things.
I hope to stay with Holden for as long as I can and would recommend them as an estate agent to anyone.
