The team were very nice from the process of viewing to actually moving in.
The documentation process was easy and they were very patient with me whilst gathering all the necessary documents required. Prompt at responding to emails if I had any concerns.
They checked in even after moving. Lovely team to work with whilst trying to find a new home in London. I was passed on to Julia who was very good with me and the team in general are lovely.

Would certainly recommend this team if you're looking for somewhere secure and reliable to rent. They are organized and communicate very well to their tenants. The building itself is great and any work that needs doing they usually communicated to you well in advance. I've previously rented in Sheffield and the company that ran my flat there were terrible. Very happy with these guys now.

As a first time renter, I was looked after by Julia Piper and couldn't recommend her or Holden highly enough. Julia was in close contact with me from start to finish to keep me informed and reassured of the progress of my move. Post check-in Julia has remained in contact and has helped me to resolve any questions or queries I have had. The property itself is fantastic, well decorated and modern throughout. All in all I couldn't be happier and I would have given Holden and Julia in particular 10 stars if it was possible!

HPG has been a breath of fresh air compared to our last agents. They are quick with repairs and replying to emails. Before moving in, we had a number of requests and they were able to accommodate us.

We would highly recommend HPG. We have been tenants of Holden Property Group for over 6 years. They are polite and friendly. The building is nicely decorated, well maintained and situated in a great location. The allocated parking is an added bonus.

Me and my Boyfriend have just moved from our hometown. HPG have been extremely helpful in the process and made us feel right at home, the property is beautiful and professional.

Holden property group are serious people, doing properly things they should do. Im staying with Them for last 4 years and we needed some action from agency several times, they always react and never felt ignored.
One thing i didn't know before is Agency is They can understand alot more if situation does require, I mean when i couldnt pay all money because my wife was ill, i couldnt work for one month, they let me pay in parts.
They help me to go throught life problems, even if they didn't have to.

We have been renting a lovely, modern office from the Holden Property Group since July 2015. Over that period any requests we have made have been fulfilled promptly and efficiently.
