This was my 1st order on this site a Bose remote control, it arrived very quickly nicely wrapped, unfortunately it wasn’t the remote that was wrong but my actual Bose machine I phoned customer service & they sent me all the details how to return I returned it & within 3 days I had my refund that was such great service & I would most definitely use this company again .
