Constant administration errors
Constant administration errors. Daily phone calls about issues that have already been resolved. Letters about unpaid fees in error. Over charged and refunded for an no fault accident. Huges are a broker so they just blame everything on the provider and take no responsibility.

We understand how disappointing it must have been to receive repeated contact regarding matters you believed had already been resolved, as well as communications about charges that were later found to be incorrect. We also appreciate that being charged and then refunded following a non-fault incident would naturally raise questions and concerns.
I wanted to clarify that when applying for an insurance policy, it is standard practice for insurance companies to check the CUE database to access any claims history. CUE is a central database that holds information on all insurance claims and incident reports made by policyholders. If the information disclosed does not match what the database confirms, we ask for you to contact us to discuss this in more detail. When updating the information to match the CUE database, this can affect the premium you were originally quoted. We apologise if this was not made clear to you during the conversation you had with us.

I look the up hughes insurance on line and though it was a good price and it was the cheapest I found on line when I try to purchase it on line it would let me had to ring for the price but when I did ring they had already send me 13 different prices to my phone from the same company hughes I couldn’t believe how many different prices they were quoted me and the price I thought I was getting was not the same one that I had first seen and when I was talking to the broker he said that theses other quotes were all wrong I can’t understand how they were all wrong if they were sent by the same company I took the insurance in the end but I wasn’t to happy with the outcome but it’s the last time I will ever have any dealings with hughes

Brilliant service
Brilliant service went through the online process and got a good quote. When I rang and quoted the online reference number the advisor went through the policy details with me and managed to save me almost £40 .
