Good service picked up from Heathrow straight forward no hassle will use again

For the second year running, we used Hummingbird for transfers to and from Gatwick. They were on time in both directions, even though our flight back was delayed, they helped with bags etc. Excellent service.

Fantastic service. I booked an airport transfer online. The driver was waiting for us as we came out of arrivals. He was polite and helped me with my luggage. I would recommend without reservation!

I had a great experience using this taxi service. Driver's name was Victor who was very helpful with my luggage. This is the fourth time I have used this company. Spot on every time!

I have used Hummingbird cars for an airport transfer on many occasions. Last week we were travelling to Heathrow from Watford. Our driver has always been on time each of the times we have booked and they are very friendly and polite. Booking was really fast online and worked like a charm. I would definitely use the service again and recommend to anyone else that needs an airport transfer.

Have used this company on a number of occasions and have always received excellent service with no drama. Office staff are very courteous. NO extra charges for flight delays! This time my flight was delayed by two hours the driver was waiting inside the arrivals hall with a name board for me. and they did not charge me any extra for this, Very appreciable policy.. No hesitation to recommend them at all

I have used Hummingbird Cars twice now and have had excellent service both times. Both the drivers and the customer service representatives on the phone have been nothing more than polite, friendly and efficient. Competitive prices. Finally a company that knows what it's doing!

Driver arrived ontime and took us to the airport ontime, he was very polite and helped us with our luggage and we only paid £25.00 from W2 to Heathrow Terminal 3. Exactly only £25.00

Punctual,polite, clean cars,overall service excellent.

We stupidly prepaid a taxi to the airport which hummingbird. However, instead of refunding the money straight away, they just took the money and never gave it back.
After numerous emails they just go silent and either stop responding to emails or promise they will process the refund which up to this day (3 weeks later) I'm still waiting for.

If you want to work with a decent and reliable taxi company, do avoid hummingbird cars.

Massively disappointed as I used to recommend them to friends but will now warn others to NEVER use this company!

We used Hummingbird to go from Heathrow to Strand Palace on 7, Sept and a return trip 13, Sept from Strand to Heathrow. Great, courteous and careful drivers,clean comfortable cars, on-time or early and compared to a black cab, great price. We booked through MiniCabit and we had a great experience. I was even able to communicate with Hummingbird ONLY through email because my cell phone roaming from the USA was off in the U.K. and they returned my email in real time and communicated perfectly. We had zero problems with Humminbird and would recommend them to anyone.

Booked a transfer on Monday, 01/06 for a transfer from London to Heathrow a day later via minicabit. Booking, confirmation etc. worked fine. The driver showed up as promised. Very friendly service from him and easy transfer to Heathrow. The car was very clean with enough space for the family and the luggage. Many Thanks for this. From my experience I can recommend the company.

I booked a transfer from Islington to Heathrow for 4 people. The price was good . The driver arrived on time and the service was great. I recommend.

Hi used Hummingbird a few times now, never let me down good service recommended.

This company transferred me and my family, 7 people in all from Heathrow airport to our hotel, everything was perfect!

The next day we booked a tour around London, We spent about 6 hours with the driver again everything was perfect

Our return journey was also perfect!

On all three occasions the driver, vehicle and general service was perfect.

Just saying Thank you was a bit worried about the level of service due to this company being the cheapest around.
