I recently used Hummingbird cars and i have to say that i was very impressed by their professional attitude and efficiency. The car was clean and journey was smooth. Price was very reasonable. Driver was polite, smartly dressed and very helpful. I would recommend to family and friends.

My wife recently used this company and was extremely impressed.

She was suffering from a bad back, the driver insisted on carrying the luggage, loading and unloading from the vehicle all the way into the house.

Vehicles are new, Drivers are friendly and office staff are very experienced.

In my experience I have found Hummingbird Cars to be extremely well organised. I especially like that fact that they are so easily contactable via email, since I am usually very busy being full time working mum with two kids. As for the drivers they are always polite and help with any bags I may have. During the serveral times I have use Hummingbird cars they always sent good quality cars. I have found the prices to be CHEAPER than most other firms. I look forward to using Hummingbird again and Recommend to everyone!

Hi I used Hummingbird to transfer me from London to Gatwick. My taxi was booked for 9 am I received a phone call at 8 am notifying me of heavy traffic and my taxi was sent 30 mins early. Very impressed driver was well dressed and polite and vehicle was clean and fresh.

Defiantly recommend and trustworthy. I felt in safe hands and totally relaxed.

We transferred between Heathrow and Harwich Port; the driver arrived promptly on both occasions. Very good service. Definitely recommend it!

NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

I booked a car to airport on 18:30, and I didn't receive any call from driver until 18:35, so I call the CS and they said the driver would arrive 20 mins later. After 20 min, the driver called me that he was still on the way and needed another 20 mins. OK, I wait him. 20 mins later (40 min in total), I called the driver back for 5 times, but no answer. My flight was 10pm but I didn't leave my house until 7:20!!!!!
I had to call another company for the car service and finally get on a car on 7:45, but the car from hummingbird still NOT YET ARRIVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The driver from hammingbird was late for 1.5 hours finally.
I almost missed the flight because of the LATENESS of the Hammingbird

Massively let down by Hummingbird cars. Have been using them for years, and over the past year or so the service has deteriorated terribly. Drivers have been late, rude and unreliable. When phoning to find out where your drivers are it's impossible to get through - there's no call waiting system or answermachine, just no answer so you have keep redialling over and over again until you eventually might be lucky enough to reach someone. I was let down the other day after booking & paying 24 hours in advance for an airport return trip, failed to receive a booking confirmation via email - so, being worried I phoned the company numerous times to confirm the booking and was told everything was fine - when it came to the pick up time, despite having phoned AGAIN an hour before, the driver didn't arrive. When I eventually got through to the office I was told he was running very late - I was given no further information. For a start, I should have been notified that there were delays when I phoned an hour previously, or someone should have called or texted me to update me. I asked the guy on the phone to ring me back with an ETA - another 15 minutes go by, and no call.. then follow numerous failed attempts to reach the call centre again - just no one answering the phone, when I do eventually get through (to someone going by the name of '[Name]') I'm told that the job has now been cancelled, despite me having already paid £80 for the journey via paypal 24 hours previously. What astonishes me is that no one actually bothered to contact me to warn me of delays or tell me the job had been cancelled - had they bothered to do so I would have been able to book with another company in time to catch my flight!

Utterly disgraceful. Each time I phoned the call centre no one seemed to have any idea about the situation - despite me having sent numerous emails and spoken to assorted different people, requesting that it be referred to a manager so that a refund could be processed, but I was told that no one was 'authorised' to process a refund - so not only was I out of pocket, I then had to spend the next 3 days chasing a refund which should have been put through instantly on their failure to provide the service I had paid for. No response to emails. No call-backs. Extremely frustrating and unhelpful staff. Phone operators actually LIED about having processed the refund (paypal timestamps transactions! - I had to phone them around 10 times and threaten to report them to the office of trading standards before they actually bothered to do it) Totally unacceptable, especially for a company that you rely on to get you to an airport on time.

A very stressful experience. I am literally astonished by their sheer incompetence in failing to provide a car when customers book early, and repeatedly confirm the journey.. and the subsequent effort I had to go through to get my money back in what should have been a very simple instant refund process. Will absolutely never be using them again.

I use hummingbird regularly. They have fantastic drivers, polite and great value. Would recommend without reservation!

I used Humming bird for a trip to Heathrow the driver was very polite, friendly, drove well and most of all was ON TIME. I would highly recommend! I will definitely be using them again.

I booked a Heathrow transfer with Hummingbird cars. The driver was already there when I arrived in Heathrow. He was very polite and helpful. On my way back to Heathrow two weeks later, the driver arrived on time, was very pleasant and the journey perfect again.

Great service. Polite, helpful and super value. Definitely my first choice from now on.
