I paid for top car wash and they you have to again for inside cleaning and had to pay again for inside cleaning

Lots of options to choose for a shiny car, it's nice that you can book in advance, different ways you can pay, friendly and helpful staff.

The workers could learn to be more customer friendly. A hello and a smile would be a good start. At the moment, they don't look at all happy with their job!

The Triple Foam Wash shampoo used to be Tri- coloured. It's now all white! The 3 colours looked a lot better! The shampoo now looks very thin and diluted!

Because they were so busy, the prewash was virtually non existent. My car had still got dirty spots

The discount from the hock payment wasn’t added amd the car was not cleaned very well still loads of marks and bird pool left on the car.

I had a very disappointing experience at IMO Car Wash. The overall service quality was far below expectations. The staff seemed rushed and inattentive, and the cleaning itself was not thorough—there were still visible dirt marks and streaks on both the exterior and windows.

Areas like the wheels and lower panels were barely cleaned, and the drying job left water spots all over the car. For the price charged, I expected a much higher standard of cleaning

Overall, this visit did not feel worth the money, and I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

Very efficient & polite guy at your Somerford Rd Christchurch Unit. And excellent car clean full foam wash). First time user of your App...I pre paid the normal price (£9) but couldn't see how the £1 'Welcome' discount could be applied after I had paid in full.

Good service easy to use

I wouldnt have expected to have to wipe water marks off the car after paying £20 for a car wash but other than that it seems clean... let's just see how long it stays free from rain marks since it should be hydrophobic now for a month

The man that was working was very thorough and there was a queue of at least six cars and he was as vigilant with the first as he was the last.
The car came out very clean :)

Bought Rain guard. Wheels dirty at all, body on the bottom sides dirty, also rear bumper. Really weak. I'm disappointed.

Paid £14 for an ultra hd wash , the car apparently was not on the rollers as it went in so I was told to drive forward but couldn’t as I was right up against the first rollers ! I was then pushed through so most of the hd application was on the front !! Don’t think I will be returning car was not washed properly and the wheels were still dirty on inspection when I returned home !

We did have a problem, we were in a hire vehicle and were unfamiliar with how to turn off a particular icon on the car dashboard. It may be helpful to show in instructions on what modes you need the car in to use the car wash. Fortunately the member of staff was both patient and helpful. Car wash cleaned beautifully.

Wheels were hardly touched, needs a better allow wheel cleaner

Good friendly team made my first experience easier. The clean was fantastic. Reasonably priced too.
