Was on the hunt for a Formentor Abt and happened upon Cupra Aberdeen, 250 miles or so from where I live. This was the first time I’ve bought a car remotely and the experience was far better than I expected. Special thanks have to go to Thor and Kabir, communication was clear and prompt and Thor in particular was really helpful in helping me navigate the process. The car arrived yesterday and as described is in “mint” condition. I had an issue with a message displaying and beeping but a quick phone call to Thor resolved it. He’s on the sales team but had come across this issue previously and his suggestion to wipe the service spanner light on the roof cured it. Condensation apparently…it poured all the way down as it was transported from Aberdeen! Some of my local car dealers could learn from these guys…

Amazing service I recieved from Kabir, he was very friendly and helped my purchase run smoothly. The only downside was lack of communication and was difficult to get it touch with sometimes.
