Able to do MOT despite my scheduling mistake
I made a mistake with my scheduling and arrived with my Tarraco for its MOT 24hrs early. The good people at Specialist Cars SEAT Aberdeen were able to do MOT so that I didn't need to come back the following day. Excellent response all round and many thanks for a job well done.

Fabulous customer service
My vehicle was in for first service, girls on service desk and all other staff were very welcoming and efficient. I received updates to my mobile during the day and my car was washed and cleaned when I picked it up after the service. Great customer service.

Professional but room for improvement in services.
Service was friendly and professional. Vehicle was beautifully clean and ready upon collection. The vehicle appears well repaired.
Long delay in getting a booking in date for the vehicle.
No courtesy car available initially even though I pay my insurance to ensure one is available when my vehicle gets repaired. Booking delayed further by 1 week until courtesy car became available, this is unacceptable. A rental car should have been arranged on the day of original booking and billed back to the insurance. Repairs took almost 3 weeks to complete which is long given the nature of the damage to the vehicle. Overall impression good but definitely room for improvement in service offerings and turnaround times.

Variety of issues
1-Append the correct mileage on all relevant paperwork.
2-Advise customers that the technicians will require your car for upgrades and coding upon collection of your spare parts ordered, something that was not outlined to me initially.
3-The outrageous pricing (albeit dictated by the manufacturer) for a spare key and reluctance to issue part numbers, leave a bad taste in the mouth of the customer along with a huge hole in their pocket.
The above issues have convinced to me to use independent vendors for my future servicing & mot purposes.

Car problem solved brilliantly
I had a problem with my car and it was no problem to bring the car in without an appointment and get it looked over. The issue was identified quickly and I was kept informed of progress at all times and the warranty claim dealt with. The car was returned repaired and cleaned. I also received a lovely hamper from the team, which was completely unexpected. Great service!
