Excellent service from booking to getting the car back. All staff friendly and attentive. Dan was particularly helpful in answering some queries and keeping me up to date on what was happening with the car.

Very pleasing experience in buying a new car.
Courtesy of the staff. Helpful in discussing my choice of a new car. Car was ready and waiting in the timeframe originally indicated. The salesman, John Beattie went over the controls etc of the car when I went to collect it. Very happy with the car and the service I received.

The reception staff on the service desk…
The reception staff on the service desk were friendly and helpful but the process was not efficient. I was emailed the wrong health check report and video. Returned to VW after being informed the car was ready only to be told it required three new tyres. This lead to a significant and unnecessary delay in work being completed and my being car ready. There was a complete breakdown in communication between staff on the day and myself.

Efficient service, but no courtesy car available
Several significant repairs were made after the previous Health Check. The reception and delivery of the vehicle was efficient, with the complementary car wash a bonus.
Still find it strange that a major car dealer was not able to provide a courtesy car for the day.

Best customer service
This garage is a step above the rest when it comes to customer service. They are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I had some issues with my car software and they thoroughly checked what might be the issue, even though I did not but the car from this dealership.
